Weird AF, should I be worried?

I've just finished cycle 2 after having loads of symptoms, nausea, heartburn, metallic taste etc. I kept getting bfn even after af was due (usually a 24 day cycle)
Eventually af turned up on CD 27 (onto cycle 3) which isn't usual but I can get a cycle every now and then that is a bit longer.
When af arrived, it was super light. Was brown for 2 days, then started to go a bit pinker before going red.
Now I'm always a 4-5 day girl since having dd (4 years ago) It starts and within 12 hours it'll be heavier and deep red.
This time AF is weird!
I'm at 5 days now and it's not got anywhere near as heavy as it usually does. It's also a bit thinner than normal I'd say. Plus it's normally dying out by now and going more brown, but it's still red. I'm getting mild irregular cramps on both sides (usually just get medium cramps the day before af, but this time I had mild cramps from a few days past ov) and i have a weird "full" feeling in the centre of my lower tummy, like there's a lump in there.
Is this unusual? Should I see the doctor? It's the weirdest feeling AF I've ever had and I guess it's making me uncomfortable, like something bad is going on in there.
Is this common when ttc? We caught first time with dd, so I'm fairly clueless.
I suppose you get used to your own body and it freaks you out when things change and you don't know why.
I can't be pregnant as bfn the other day and have af so wtf is going on?!

It's very common when ttc for things to change. My cycles became irregular (28-39 days). You become far more aware of your body too.

It may have been an anovulatory cycle - which is quite common and totally normal a few times a year.

Depends on the relationship you have with your gp. If you need reassurance and have a friendly one, sure, have a chat. Mine would belittle me and laugh me out the door...

Thanks physicskate
I can't really be arsed with a gp even though I'm sure they'd listen to my rambles.
I guess I thought I knew my body quite well having learnt A LOT during pregnancy and the return of af afterwards (as it is now very different from pre child). I had settled into a pretty regular pattern and could tell when af was coming quite easily as I could see/feel the signs.
This cycle has thrown me completely and maybe my body isn't as predictable as I thought.
Just wanted reassurance I guess, that it's totally normal for things to get weird! 😂
