Hello! I've been ttc for #2 for 5 months and had an early miscarriage in March. My cycles are a bit all over the place and my BMI is probably nearing 28. I eat too much chocolate and not enough fruit and veg. I also don't do enough exercise. I need to sort myself out a bit!

Anyone want to join me for a bit of motivation? Anyone got some good tips to kick me up the bum to actually do this?

Well got my first sign of AF since coming off my pill a week ago. Actually really excited as I was worried it might take ages for my cycles to settle and get back to normal but hopefully not. Been making an effort to eat more fruit, more veggies and less rubbish still but last couple of days have felt really crappy (probably hormones thanks to AF now turning up). Struggling to get confident enough and motivated on the exercise front. How is everyone else getting on?

I'm trying for number 2. Had a missed miscarriage in March. I basically do no exercise and I need motivation!

I'm aiming to do 10 mins of yoga every evening. Hoping little and often might be easier to stick to...
