I have 11 days before af is due - we only dtd on cd6 and I have a 29 day cycle so I am not holding out much hope, but still symptom spotting if anyone wants to join me in the craziness of ttc !

@Delilah7 I totally get you, took over 3 years to get pregnant with my first so I’ve done the sobbing and sending you positive trhoughts

@Delilah7 please try not to get too down about it. If you're concerned that your app got your ov day wrong try DTD from a few days earlier and carrying on a bit longer. Every other day is fine, some docs say every 3 even so don't give up!

@Delilah7 as the others have said you’re not out of it until af shows up, keep strong and keep hopeful. Everyone here has everything crossed!
I went through life thinking I didn’t want kids then literally overnight I completely changed and became desperate ... strangest thing ever. It wasn’t until the Sunday just past I realised how desperate though and cried my first tears.

I bought some cheapie pregnancy tests of Amazon and they just arrived in the post all this talk of pregnancy tests got me giddy and I took one but it's a definite BFN for me think it's highly unlikely I'm going to be pregnant this month just too soon after coming off the implant xx

Bfn for me as well this morning😞 Not going to waste any more money on tests just going to wait to see if af turns ups Sunday or Monday. Think I might be out though tbh, and can't face any more tests it just depresses me

Haven't been symptom spotting yet but suddenly felt very gassy and nauseous about 10 mins ago. Hoping it's not a tummy bug.....🤢

Yeah I'm the same, it's so demoralising scrutinising a test and looking for something that clearly isn't there. I did have an early result with my DD and a very faint line so I think that's why I'm torturing myself. I'm actually now hoping af turns up so I can start tracking properly. Xx

Hey I’m new here and looking for some advice and experiences!

I have 2 children already and TTC #3, after my second being born I went on the depo, I was on that for nearly 2 years, had my last shot of depo in august 2017 and been TTC ever since it ran out in November. I’ve only had 1 period since coming off it so not a regular cycle! This month I took Clomid 50mg for 5 days to induce ovulation, I took it without a period and ovulated 5 days after my last pill. I got a positive OPK on Monday (28th May) I had really bad abdominal cramps last night, and really gloopy thick jelly like CM yesterday and some the day before. Is all this normal? I’m really hoping it works and I get my BFP! I would love to hear some stories from ladies who took Clomid! Especially ladies who taken it without a period first. This 2WW is killing me already and I’m only 2DPO!!!

My ICs arrived this morning so I have of course POAS which is -ve, think I’m 7 or 8 dpo so not hugely surprising but I was VERY well hydrated so I’m obvs going to try again later and let’s be honest I’ll probably try every time I need to wee until I get a bfp or AF arrives

I’ve lined up what I think is a shadow of a line with the edge of the testing strip packaging can anyone see it?!

It's tricky to make out from the picture can you put a closer one on? what tests are those? Those are like the ones I got when I had my early positive where did you get them from? Are they early ones? Xx

What's the difference between test and strip sorry for dumb question?

Bought them on eBay, they’re just cheap pregnancy tests, will try and take a closer shot but it gets distorted

I think the best are FRERs but internet cheapies are CHEAP!

In terms of reliability they all should be pretty consistent. Strips are where you pee in a pot and dip, the other ones are midstream test where you can pee straight on the stick. Just depends on preference really. I tend to dip all of them regardless so get the strips because they're cheaper. If you take a FRER apart it's just a strip test anyway and so are the digitals.
