Three months.. still no AF.. negative pregnancy test.. what do I do?

We're ttc and this has left me totally stuck in limbo. Gp was no help. Is there anything I can do to get AF here so I actually have a chance of conceiving :(

Were you on the depo by any chance?

You could try Agnus Castus.

Just have to be paitient. It’s one thing you can’t control sadly and the more you stress the worse it makes things.
Can I just give you a bit of advice, the whole TTC process should be viewed as a marathon not a sprint. Of course we’d all love to have perfect periods and conceive straight away but for most it doesn’t work like that.
I came off the pill in September, got Pregnant in November then miscarried in January.
Looking back the only advice id give is enjoy your time with your husband/partner, enjoy sex and DONT let TTC consume your life. It’s very easy to fall into that trap but I guarantee you’ll look back and regret it
Best of luck xx

Go back to the gp surgery, see a different one. When you call to book ask if it's possible to see a gp who deals with gynaecological problems. This is wholly unacceptable, your periods going for such a long amount of time needs looking into even if you weren't TTC.

Also just to add, I know someone who came off the pill and it took months and months for them to resume and now she’s fine. Please try not worry! X

Stress can stop AF or cause irregular periods..as hard as it is you just need to relax and try not to stress
