hey all hope you're all doing okay - sorry I drifted off for a bit as trying to not be so obsessive about charting/POAS etc which seemed to have helped a bit but am now having doubts about whether I have OVd but am just going to let mother nature take her course this month and leave it be! Wanted to hear how you are all doing. @thisisouryrfx LOL at your aunt.... sounds like something my MIL would do!!!
@twittlebee sorry to hear about the pain, really hope they give you some good news or something they can do to help soon. Did you hear back about your bloods?

I'm finally back in my FW! Starting the fancy digital ovulation tests tomorrow. Is it worth doing others too? I usually get a positive on them on CD12 so shouldn't be too long until I'm in that oh so lovely TWW!
It's all starting to get a bit too much, we're on cycle 9 I just didn't think it'd take this long, I know, naive.

Hey @daisymay25 , I’m sorry that’s rubbish, don’t lose hope though because I know lots of people where it took a while, isn’t it only like a 15% chance each month?
The only thing I would say about the fancy opks is that mine just tells you to do it in the morning and when I used the cheapies as well I think my LH surge was the previous afternoon? But either way if you are bd all the way up then it shouldn’t really matter! I’m just finishing the CB trial this month so I’m not sure whether to get a new one after that or just to go with the flow.... what one did you get?

lolacola13 tests this Friday and Scan on the 22nd. Shitting myself but also want it to hurry up! WHOOOP to you finally peaking! DTD with DC about and in jammies now worth it as that would have been in FW! so FX for you

italianwifey hey lovely, nice to hear from you. So typical of TTC that you lay off being obsessed with charting to relax but then anxiety plays up abut whether you Ovd! FX for you that this will be your lucky cycle. I am at 5dpo here, trying hard to not over analyse and trying hard to resist the thought of POAS early again after last cycle's disappointment.

DaisyMay25 bless you, feel the same as you too, didn't expect it to take this long seeing how easy rest of my family have had it with TTC. Lolacola came up with a brilliant tactic of using IC OPKs until they start getting dark and then switch to the CB Digis to catch a Positive. Saves money! FX for you for this cycle and happy DTD for your FW!

thisisouryrfx18 what is your chart looking like now and what CD are you at? So frustrating that you haven't had a positive yet and your temps seem wild for you! Deffo start thinking about making that Dr app soon

The EWCM is a good sign obviously at least thisisouryrfx18. Usually I get that for about 5 days before I Ov so FX its a sign your body is gearing up towards it too! Hoping Cakelaur will re-appear soon with her charting wisdom for you. Doesn't seem though you have Ovd yet though at all looking at your temps now

@TwittleBee i know i had ewcm past 2days now today nuthin! Things keep happening to get my hopes up for no reason ive been feeling soo up down past wk its ridiculous

@twittlebee I know!!! rollseyes why does my brain have to torture me like this haha. Oh well, either way I don’t think I’m in with much of a chance this month, we’ve only BD a few times due to both of us being shattered!! But who knows, I did give pressed a go this month because DH is circumcised and all the extra BDing is making him a bit sore haha sorry for the tmi!!

@thisisouryrfx I don’t know if this would reassure you at all but my most recent Gynae appt she told me that temping can be really affected by lots of different things - she seemed to think that there was almost no point because it can be so easily variable! I’m not sure I agree as I’ve seen some charts where it’s really obvious but just to say try not to worry too much about it, look at the other bits of info too. Really hope it’s you month though. The Ew is a good sign - I usually only seem to get a little bit I’m not sure why. Hoping the presses will help with that!

@italianwifey pregnancy is dragging at the mo!! 8 weeks today!! Scan on Friday that I'm dreading!!! Never made it past this point so I'm so nervous the same will happen this time!! Nausea is hitting me like crazy as are cramps and pulling so I hope that's a good sign. And I've had a lovely holiday in Mauritius. A bit scared about going back to work. (I've had the last month off) but life must go on. Provided all is good on the scan I'm going back part time. How are you?

@DaisyMay25 I always did ICs alongside. But only cos I'm obsessive. The cheapie would always register the night before the clear blue monitor.

@thisisouryrfx18 I'd say tomorrow is your day!!! Get one more BD in tonight if you can! Chart looks good but not quite there but ewcm is a great sign and judging by when Af is due, id say you're pretty much good to O! 😉

@italianwifey how did u find the preseed i just used it for the 1st time well 1st time i put it in i fell asleep before we dtd😂1st time using it and actually having sex lol..its a bit watery and they tell u to put too much in i think, i dnt normally get ne ewcm either. Thanks for the advice with the temps i was saying to @TwittleBee i dnt think the weather helps either hot n clammy one day then cool the nxt!

@thisisouryrfx I thought it was okay... I didn’t bother with the applicators just used it like normal lube 😂 but I can see how that would feel a bit much! FF is telling me I haven’t ovd according to temps... my temperature is being weird this month! I’m pretty sure I felt it though... who knows, like @twittlebee said it’s typical! @cakelaur I’m glad you had a good hol - I reckon the nausea etc is all a good sign, try not to worry. Good luck for the scan will keep everything crossed for u x

thisisouryrfx18 oh my how strange! And that is with your Vaginal temps adjusted too as Cakelaur suggested? Least you DTD just before that predicted Ov! If that Ov day is correct surely you will be having a shorted cycle this month, rare for luteal phases to be longer than 16 days.

italianwifey haha bless your DH, and I'm not sure we can have TMI on this thread after other information shared over here. Only take 1 successful time DTD to make a baby so FX the Preseed helped.

Cakelaur oh bless, yes I would certainly take the nausea and cramping as a good sign! I remember all those round ligament cramping early on. How many weeks are you now?

@TwittleBee im soo tempted to lol but im not convinced i ovulated when ff says im still gettin ewcm today and @Cakelaur thinks i should ovulate soon plus ive not had a positive on an opk STILL so i dnt know why its saying i ovulated..oh well gd ur tests are comin up fx they find out whats causing ur pain x

thisisouryrfx18 I agree, seems odd you would be getting the EWCM recently and didn't get back then... Does seem like your body is trying to Ov around now from that!

Yeah cannot wait for them now, I'm a bloomin idiot and looked up my symptoms online and am now convinced I have fricking Ovarian Cancer, I have all 10 of the top 10 symptoms - blurgh! And the Dr did say she is concerned it could be something sinister because its come on so quickly. Driving myself loopy! And I still haven't gone and got my bloomin breast examined despite it still leaking and hurting. Gonna go Friday now as I must admit I am freaking out - I apologise if any of that triggers anyone xx
