Noticed that the April bus was full - but we haven't finished yet!

@Boboelephant oooh exciting how many dpo will you be Thursday?

I'm shattered today and super cranky and I'm about 8dpo I think however as before I don't know I actually ovulated due to missing the surge and not the usual symptoms at this stage according to previous months but I am on a "short fuse" today and been super snappy

@Owlpatrol I'll be 12dpo on Thursday. I had delayed ovulation by 5 days from last cycle so it has felt like an incredibly long cycle!!!
@Pob13 I'm also exhausted although I think that might just be a normal response for me due to progesterone. Fingers crossed it means there's a baby cooking!

I'm 9 DPO and had some spotting overnight. Is this a good sign do you reckon or just AF on her way early?

Will test tomorrow at 10DPO but is that too early?

I ended up taking a test last night and got a faint but definite line (not sure if you'll be able to see it as the lightning is terrible in our bedroom) but retested this morning with FMU (five hours later) and can't see a line. What's going on?

BFN for me this morning unfortunately, I'm now daily testing till af arrives! I still have a shred of hope! x

Did you use the same kind of test?

I would maybe test this afternoon some people get on better testing later on. Tentative congratulations!

@polkadotjersey that looks like a line! So strange about the second one - like everyone else said I would try and do another - maybe wait a day or two if you can (but I know I prob wouldn't be able to!!)

@DBoo Yeah it's pink. I used First Response both times.

I've just looked at my TomTom app and seen I only had 3 hours 20 mins sleep last night so that might have something to do with it. I've spoken to my friend who's a midwife and she said hcg levels can be quite low to start which can lead to inconsistent results. Natural Cycles told me not to test till Saturday so I'm going to do my best to hold out till then and hopefully get a stronger line!

@helbel42 Everything crossed for you. When is AF due?

Glow says I'm due on 23rd but natural cycles says 28th and I think that's likely to be more accurate so going with that one. Still a way to go. My luteal phase has been quite a bit longer than average since we started trying and I was using natural cycles for about 8 months prior as contraception x

I agree that NC is likely to be more accurate, especially where you've been using it for so long, so you've got plenty of time to still get that BFP! Sending lots of positive thoughts your way.

Bloody hell, it says 29th now, my 2ww is a 3ww, boooo

I'm only just going to be on the bus as I'll be testing either 29th or 30th. Only 3dpo right now. Feeling much more relaxed than previous months though which is odd. I have a weird feeling of calm this time. Fingers crossed for all.

Can I join please? Apparently I'm only allowed to try for another if I don't get obsessed with it but I'm sure I had some spotting yesterday so major fail today and frantic 'early symptoms' googling (despite knowing better!) so I will have to talk to you lovely lot and not the hubby!

I'm in dire need of assistance to resist early testing. Last time after many months of testing only to get AF next day I've vowed to not test until I'm late - help please!!!

Any know if frers are actually more sensitive than ics (or is it just hype)?
I have had 2 bfns on ics but think it is a bit early anyway. I dont want to waste my precious frers!

How are you getting on @Boboelephant ? CD47 has been filled with no AF, but AF style cramps + lots of CM, serious sore boobs, insomnia and headaches. The last could be due to stress/dehydration, so trying not to get my hopes up too much. Usually before AF I get sore boobs and cramps when it comes, but these are more AF cramps where I feel like it's come and end up going to the toilet to check, but nothing.

@Pob13 - I'm kind of hoping it's just hype about frers being so sensitive because I got a negative a few days after AF was due. It probably depends on the IC you used. I've neither used ICs nor gotten a BFP though so I can't compare from experience. They've all been accurate BFNs no matter what the brand.

Two days to go til AF due, still testing negative on internet cheapies (although they are 10mL supposedly) So I think I must be out. Still getting lots of cramps but not AF.

Symptom spotting galore for me today. I'm 8/9 dpo. 4th day of really sore boobs, left ovary twinges, sometimes quite strong but mostly mild. Creamy white cm. feeling full of energy which is very unusual for me (but then I am being more disciplined about actually going to bed at a reasonable hour) I don't know if any of this means anything but thought I'd share!

I do think frer are the best tests but ive been impressed with asdas own in the past. When i have had the barely there lines on internet cheapies they have been pretty clear in asdas own.

Bad news from me, I'm afraid. AF made a surprise appearance this morning so I'm wondering if maybe it was a chemical? Either way I'm out. Masses of luck to those of you still waiting xx
