How early did you get symptoms??

So I have had a few issues recently due to suffering with PCOS. My husband and I were planning on TTC at the end of the year but decided to bring it forward. We had unprotected sex a couple of days ago and all day today I have felt really nauseous and had sore breasts. Could this be a sign so early on? They arent symptoms I usually suffer with with anything else

Still having a withdrawal bleed/period and just trying to stay positive it will stop soon and not go on for like 2 weeks like the others
