Hi - I've been told so many times to "stop thinking about it", but am I supposed to not track my period/ovulation then? I really don't understand this. I have only been TTC for 2m but this is my first time, and I don't know what to do! My partner and I don't go more than 2 days without DTD and never have but id also want to make sure that we were as close as possible to ovulation. But, when AF is due, I get anxious and obsessive! I'm currently 3 days late but BFN.

Hmm I don't know. But we were trying for two years, we conceived in January and I wasn't paying attention to ovulation or anything. I kind of knew when it would be but wasn't testing.

Stress won't help conception and can make your period late too.

It took 10 months to conceive my dc1 and currently 4 weeks pregnant after another 10 month try.

Do whatever helps you though, if using an app helps you then do it. To be honest I wouldn't talk to others about it just do what you feel like. And try to relax it's not unusual for it to take months.

As anyone who has been TTC for a while will support... you are totally legitimately entitled to punch anyone in the face who tells you to "relax and stop trying"! Once you're trying you know you're trying, even if you pretend not to be!
Just try not to stress, which is easier said than done... I will accept a slap for that! ConfusedGrin
