Really sorry @owlpatrol It’s also my birthday in a couple of weeks so I will be looking forward to going out for a meal, not worrying what I’m eating and drinking some nice wine.
More spots here and total exhaustion this evening. It’s almost like narcolepsy. I only have to sit down for 5 minutes and I nod off!

sopherts yes, I have a big spot in my chin (rarely get spots) and an a get left boob! Did a FRER at lunch after having had lots of water this morning and there is a line. Still waiting til after AF due though before believing it really.

That should say a sore left boob!

@Owlpatrol. I'm really gutted for you getting AF. You were in the same boat as me, the f***g hope boat. Urgh. I even started looking at baby clothes the night before flo arrived. Ever since we started trying after the mc I just can't get excited about a possible baby :-(

My blood work should start trickling back in over the next few days so I'm really hoping there's nothing wrong! Still got some more to have taken in the next few weeks (progesterone and cortisol) I do feel more positive now that I've really spoken to my GP about it though.

@Owlpatrol. I phrased that wrong, I mean I'm so convinced it's not going to happen that I can't let myself get excited.

@LookingAtTheStars89 yeah I've had to make a decision to book an appointment as well but I'm doing it after my birthday because I've made that my goal. Me and dh are really not looking forward to booking that appointment and dh doesn't want me to he just thinks we need to dtd more!

So I think I might had a squinter with fmu... I'm 10dpo and according to ff flow isn't due until a week on Sunday!!

Can anyone see anything?

Morning ladies, well, my welcome to Feb hasn't been good so far! I woke up to the most horrendous cramps and the surprise arrival of AF this morning. 4 days early! With no real warning! This does confirm my suspicion that I ovulated early though, because the day I think I ovulated was exactly 14 days ago today lol!

Good luck to all of you still in! Fingers crossed for lots of sticky beans! I'm going to hang around if that's okay, because my next af/bfp is due on 1st March lol

@Owlpatrol. I think you will feel better for it. I've said to DH that even if there is something, it's better to know and sort it. My GP (definitely better to see a lady dr) was very positive, she had a possible solution to every possible scenario.

Can see it @sophherts 😃 be prepared for a few loooong hours! Maybe a FRER tomorrow? 🤞

@PassTheAfterEights eek! I'll do another IC tomorrow morning with fmu and once there's more of a line on those then I'll confirm it with an frer. I had a mc in Sept at 6 weeks so I'm trying to be much more chill this time (not really happening)

I've made a promise to dp not to do any testing for feb, yesterday I did 4 ov tests and even got him to take one to see if the tests were dodgy!
I just don't know when I'm ov due to the MC last month... but we're going to dtd every other day at least to give us max chance of catching
Can test 1st March if AF doesn't turn up before then! In someways I hope she does just so I know where I am in the cycle
Until then I'll have to get my kicks from all your tests!

Also it turns out that if you leave the cheapy ov tests for 20 mins the line will faintly start to show as it drys out, if you're male or female... unless my dp is ovulating...

Turns out the sick feeling/upset stomach I've had the last few days was probably a bug as DS1 has been sick too. I think I'll probably test tomorrow if AF doesn't show today, I'm cramping though so don't have high hopes.

I have decided that I am probably about 10DPO today. Put myself back a few days after wracking my brain for what symptoms I had and when! On the plus side this means I was only 8DPO when I had the BFN on the downside, I think by the point I ovulated DH and I had already shagged ourselves out and we only DTD once in my most fertile window. Oh well. I guess time will tell. Reckon I should expect AF by next Tuesday (6th) but my cycle isn't like clockwork. No tests in the house. Not sure how long I can hold out though before I crack and rush to Boots for a FRER!

I gave in and tested this morning with FRER and got a BFN. I’m upset but can’t decide whether it’s better to know now and move on, rather than letting hope grow, or to have let myself have a few more days. Best of luck to those still in the running. Hope you feel better @noseringgirl.

Hello to the new ladies and commisterations to those who have af. If there's any more of an excuse than the cold weather to hide under a blanket with a huge bar of caramel galaxy chocolate then this is it.

I see some bfps! Congratulations ladies! (I'm awful at remembering to tag folks in) I hope more of us can join you on the antenatal boards soon.

My period is due on the seventh. I'm so happy it's Feb as it means it's closer to testing!
