@Ohwoolballs I said that second time around too and I managed to hold off the madness for a bit longer than the first time. I've given into it already this time though all the best!

I'm in full blown symptom spotting mode. Desperate to test but holding off!

@Noseringgirl I think I might nip out on my lunch for some super drug cheapies....
Im actually feeling horrid today but I bet it's just me catching my toddlers cold. I'm still bf him a few times a day so I don't know if I'll have to stop completely to conceive? Does anyone know? Am I getting my hopes up?

I’ve not bought any HPTs so that I’m not tempted to test before AF is due. But the wait is killing me, much more than with my first. And I’ve been doing symptom spotting too, basically anything that happens to my body goes into google! Not helped by having had food poisoning yesterday. But the tug is back in my lower belly today so fingers crossed.

Think I'm in for another long cycle. Still no sign of ovulation here so it looks like we'll be dtd every other day for 2 months . My SIL has been talking about wanting another baby and I just want to tell her it's my turn first. Don't think I'd cope very well if she baby bombed me again.

@Aph413. I feel for you. It happened to me last cycle. I didn't ovulate until at least day 30 and then a bloody missed it! Fml lol. It's hard dtd for that long!

Cycle#2 post mireana coil removed 24 AD arrived. Now 6 days in.

Can you help me with the different codes you all use.

Also advise on ovulation sticks welcome. Am I too late now for Feb?

Touch wood it looks good so far for me (hormone looks like its increasing as it should according to the tests, (pic)) so im going to the antenatal forum.

I’ll have a look in occasionally to see how you lovely ladies are getting on. Thanks so much for being there for me, through ttc and my miscarriage. You all kept me sane when times were shit.

The cat stories are interesting, you'll have to keep us updated @Yukka. Would be lovely if you get a bfp this month after your cats behaviour.

Fingers crossed for you @MissDollyMix. What makes you think this is the month?! We've also been TTC for the same amount of time (with a mmc in between) - it's rubbish isn't it

Hi all, have been a lurker in these forums for a few months so thought I would jump on and actually start contributing!

I am 26, TTC since August 2017 (we like to say we haven't been 'trying' but just going with the flow and seeing what happens, although it's difficult to see it that way when nothing happens!)

I was on the pill in various formats for about 10 years and put on A LOT of weight when I came off it in March 2017 due to hormone induced insulin resistance - I'm talking like 3 stone in less than a year. Because of the hormone imbalances and weight gain I have also been having lots of symptoms of PCOS including irregular cycles (anything up to 39 days apart) although scan showed no cysts, so fingers crossed with weight loss this will right itself. I am already 11lbs down since my highest weight which was after Christmas.

ANYWAY this month I am on day 37 of my cycle and had some very light cramping and brown spotting for the last 4 days. No proper AF yet but did a test yesterday and got BFN. Fully expecting AF to arrive in full swing in the next couple of days but you never know eh?

@Ohwoolballs lots of people ovulate and therefore conceive whist breastfeeding (and go on to tandem feed). Do you know if you're ovulating? Depending on how old baby is, night weaning might help kick start ovulation if it's not happening for you now.

@HoneyCake86 that's brilliant, wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy 

@craftycanary well done on the weight loss! I'm trying to lose the weight I gained after my last pregnancy and pcos definitely makes it difficult!

@Aridia lol still nothing so keeping fx but feeling the pressure down there thay af on its way. No spotting yet and due today.

Stillllllll nothing here not planning to test again till Wednesday as fully expect af next two days. I'd be absolutely gobsmacked if it doesn't come but as they said not out till it shows!

My left boob (always the bigger one) is out of control today, it's grown massively in the last few days. It was threatening to make an escape in the gym 😳 I'm only 7dpo so sceptical of it being a symptom but still ever hopeful...

Hi @ohwoolballs. I'm breastfeeding a toddler too, and conceived over the summer when he was still feeding a million times a night so you may not need to wean or even night wean. (Unfortunately I miscarried that time, but I'm assuming it was just one of those things.) Good luck!

@Ohwoolballs have your cycles return? Mine didn't at all until I'd stopped BF but everyone's different and plenty have no trouble conceiving while BF.

@NoseringGirl I promised I wouldn't get crazy this time round but 5 months on I'm full on loopy!

@Aph413 not too late for OPKs this month! If you're not sure about your cycle I'd start around day 10 of your cycle.

Girls currently I'm cd29 and trying not to think about af I keep going back checking and 're checking dates. Got a bfn Friday so surely I'm out!?! No spotting yet!

@Owlpatrol how long are your cycles?

Usually 28-30 @sophherts so I'm not late yet. Going to temp in the morning and go from there. Currently cd29 so would have expected spotting by now but don't want to jinx it. How are you doing? X

@Owlpatrol eeeek, exciting! Keep us updated! I'm on 7dpo, not due until next Friday at the earliest. My boobs have gone huge (DH is over the moon) and I've been super bloated today. My boobs never grow so fx...

Ohhh yes fx and keep us posted too! It's impossible not to symptom spot I don't beat myself up about it. We're excited to think we could be pregnant of course we are going to symptom spot Lol!

Bloating after ovulating is a thing right? I’m am so bloated it’s disgusting. Tingly boobs too, but often get that at about this time in the the month I think. It’s going to be a loooong 2 weeks! X

Hi ladies! Glad others are now on feb bus! I'm currently on my ovulation week, anyone else ovulating at the moment?

Urgh waiting to ovulate still after MC week last Thursday, any ideas how long it could take? It was my first MC so I'm not sure what to expect x
