Clue App

Hi everyone, I'm new here.

Just wondered if anyone else is using the Clue App to track their cycle and if it's been accurate with predictions? I'm also new to all this tracking stuff too so any tips and tricks would be gratefully appreciated.

I've been using it since 9th August, CD1 but couldn't put in cycle length because it's been irregular since I got an implant in January 2015, I got it out 1st September this year. Got OPK with BBT too but haven't bothered with it as my last FDs were CD18-23 with predicted O on CD22 (according to Clue) and I still had my implant in then.
As much as I hate AF, I'm hoping it will come soon so I can get a better idea of what happens and when.

I use the app but it's very basic. It just calculates your average cycle length and then counts back 14 days and says that's when you'll ovulate.

I missed ov last month because I was trusting the app more than my body...

I've bought the ovulation sticks this month and it seemed to flag earlier than the app suggests.

I find Clue very unhelpful and basic. I prefer Fertility Friend (if you temp) or Ovia if not.

Thank you @MissMars @Caspiana for your responses.

I just wondered as I'm new to tracking things. I downloaded Ovia earlier and put in all the information I had on clue. It asks for more information than Clue and it seems more informative on the home page. Having the countdown on the home page is a crest idea too. Hopefully I can get this right.

I have Clue, Ovia and Glow. I'll probably get FF for when I start temping next month. Clue is definitely the most basic of the bunch, but somehow comes up as a top rated one, I'm guessing because it's so basic it's useful for people who haven't gone completely down the TTC rabbit hole.
Ovia and Glow both allow you to put in more data like temp, CM, etc.The more data you have, the clearer picture you'll get, otherwise they'll just do a rough guess of where you ovulate.
