Falling pregnant on Implant (Nexplanon)

Well for the last few weeks i've felt tired, sick, bloated and had sore boobs) I've not had a period for a few months then had a small one at the end of july. I've look online for advice as i've done tests and they've all come back negative except the last one that had a pale white line. I'm not sure if i'm just over thinking because my partner ended our relationship a few weeks before my period. We've already got 5 children the reason i went on the implant a few months back but i've had issues non stop with it, like itching and feeling like it's bent but i'd been adviced it was normal and now i'm questioning if it's failed.

If you haven't had sex since July and are still getting bfn, it's HIGHLY unlikely you're pregnant. The implant (well all hormonal bc) is well known for giving gals symptoms of pregnancy. Maybe take one more test in a week or two just to make sure? But then live your life.

My understanding with the implant was that it was highly unlikely to fail, unless you had a massive weight change.
I did find that mine itched fairly often, which was annoying and that my periods became very infrequent, my sex drive also went down. But otherwise I had no issues with the implant. There is a group on the family planning board that discuss their issues with the implant if you think that could be an issue.

I was on the implant for nearly 2 years and had many times where I felt "irregular" in that instead of monthly spotting I had nothing or I would have an unusually heavy bleed, a couple of times I got sore boobs, lots of nausea/dizzyness etc even in the later stages of it being in. In the 18 or so months I had it, it never really settled into a consistent pattern and I think that's pretty standard for a lot of people. It is very highly unlikely that the implant has failed on you, it is very effective. I got pregnant twice on the pill so switched to the implant and never had any trouble with it in that sense but we decided to ttc so I came off it. Best thing I ever did, it didn't sit well with me side effects wise. Although ironically, now I'm struggling to get pregnant lol

Sounds like the same symptoms I had on the implant! I had it removed as I was sick of having phantom pregnancies! Constantly doing tests as I had every possible pregnancy symptom but never actually fell pregnant!
