Let's talk about the huge spike before ov. Did you take it at a different time? I'd probably ignore it and discount it. Then the trend is much more obvious.

Yes i did a temp at lyk 6pm instead of 6am like i have been.

Then it looks like ov cd 13. That's what bbt is meant to tell you... 18 days of temps above coverline = pregnancy. It's mostly useful to confirm ov and to see if you ov on the same day each cycle.

Do you take your temps at a consistent time? You should temp AS SOON as you wake up. Do not move. Do not get out of bed. Do not pass go. Reach and grab your thermometer and try not to disturb your core temp. This should be done at the same time every morning. It looks like your chart is very unstable, I had charts like this before I was diagnosed with a thyroid issue. If you are strict with your temp times and conditions and still having charts like this then maybe suggest to your GP about getting your thyroid checked. Good luck!

Too many temps are taken at the wrong time to see a proper pattern.

Like mouse says take it straight away. I keep my thermometer under my pillow and set an alarm to take it at the same time every morning.
