Charting tips

Came off the implant today. I'm stupidly dizzy at the bandage on my arm as it's a sign that we will be ttc soon!!!

So...I would like to start charting so I can track everything basically but with my previous pregnancy only ended up doing one opk which was positive and got pregnant on that shag.

So...any tips? Apps?

Also what CD am I today as I've just had implant out?

i use the ovia app.

you wont be CD anything until the first day of your period - wait for a period and the first day on will be cd1.

i wish i had your luck with 1 opk and 1 follow up shag. its been a year for me. so you might want to ignore my advice as its not frigging well working for me but good luck.

For charting specifically, use fertility friend. It doesn't look as good as Ovia or Clue but it will interpret your chart for you eg detect ovulation and draw coverline.

Get a decent bbt which goes to two decimal points and take your temperature first thing in the morning, ideally same time every day.

As you're just off hormonal birth control I would buy Internet cheapies OPK and use them every day as you could ovulate at any time - might take a while but might come soon!

The most important part of charting is the spike in bbt you get once you've ovulated, no harm in starting to temp now as you need pre ovulation temps to confirm you have ovulated that cycle.

Good luck!

Ok Thanks!! I'm currently on a period but I guess as that won't be a real one it won't count for charting. I'll get a bbt :)
