Very faint tests what gives?

Currently on CD40 averages out to be 34. Took a Tesco test on cd 35&36 - vv faint
Took a internet test with 10miu cycle day 37 vv faint

I then waited until yesterday (cd 40) and got the same v v faint line. Hasn't gotten an stronger or anything.

Went to doctor with the faint tests and he has referred me so am I actually pregnant or are these tests just evap?

Anyone with the same story would be great! Never had this with my first two as I got my BFP before period was due.

I can see a shadow like so hopefully it's a lie for you! It's always stronger in person the tests I think x

Having the same issue here OP! Have always had super dark lines even before period due, am due on today and no sign - but super faint lines. Slightly better on a First Response (not a FRER though) but still not great. Have FRERs for tonight/tomorrow to see if I can get a more convincing line. Guess all we can really do is wait and see though. Good luck!

Well I deffo recommend FRER! I'm rubbish at waiting so went for it. This is barely 12hrs after the other test pic I posted - no doubt there! Good luck OP!

I'm going to get a frer today to ... I got another faint line again last night and took both tests apart to check cus I'm crazy like that😂

Did your gp do a blood test to check your hormone levels to see if they were high?

My hubby chucked in the bin so I can't bloody find it!:( I've on for Tuesday morning coming so I'll post one then, the go took my faint positives as positives so if I asked to get bloods they will more than likely say no cuz I'm now referred.

MrsMamaG yes! Do a FRER or cb! I think that will be good!

Suppose it doesn't hurt to buy 30 urine dip tests online as well... not desperate LOL

Good luck Gabrielle, same thing happening over here- very faint on tesco tests (still not sure if they were Evaps but came within 1/2 mins) and bfns since then. This would be DC3 so know what being pregnant feels like and deffo feel it. We weren't trying so I don't think I'd be symptom spotting for no reason! Please update when you know more, good luck.

LeaderoftheAteam exactly as me! I gotten the strong line but wasn't same width. How many days late are you?

I've read online that People haven't gotten their BFP until like 20+ days after late period and even 3 months after.

Hope we all get the answers we need! And want obv lol Flowers

No idea as haven't had AF since DC2 been bf'ing over a year. Had faint lines on tesco tests on 29th July after a few days of random nausea. Tested since with IC and Sainsbury's and nothing, really think it would be showing by now if I was though. Yesterday I developed another strange symptom so off to the docs tomorrow, driving myself crazy with this.

I got brown spotting when I wiped this morning so hoping this is good as I never get this! Is strange cuz like the Tesco were like that for me...but why would I pick up anything? So annoying!

I'm going to get one more different brand of test because just read up and frer have had a lot of bad reviews lately so going to try and see if any others pick it up like the Sainsbury's. I am 4 days late so fingers crossed ...

I just did an internet cheapy with my FMU, there's a faint positive. I don't know whether to accept it or it's not an actual result and is an evap! Pink dye test too!!! FRER coming tomorrow so shall compare! X
