Conceive baby boy without following chinese calender

We are trying to conceive baby boy, but chinese calendar shows very limited months to conceive baby boy. Is it necessary to follow Chinese Callander ? Is there any other way ? Please suggest if someone conceived baby boy without following chinese Callander. It wil be big help as it is stressing me.

Surely the majority of babies born in any given month would have been conceived in the same month, give or take so why do we not hear of astounding months where only boys get born in all hospitals of the world

As others say, it's nonsense. All you can do is try to conceive and hope for the best.
