AF lasted two days, then a whole day of nothing, now I'm spotting. Honestly why can't it all be over and done in one go? Mind you Wednesday was pretty awful.

Looks like August 9th is going to be my next FX date. How's everyone else getting on?

AF appeared yesterday, at 19dpo, the norethisterone definitely screwed my system up! So full steam ahead for next cycle, but no idea when ovulation will be, so going to have to do a lot of POAS!

I think I'm going to try SMEP this month. I'm not quite sure when to start counting from though, I had the lightest bit of spotting on Tuesday but properly started AF on Wednesday......
