I've never had so much as the faintest line before, so really not sure? Sorry for rubbish pic quality BTW.

I only tested as even though I had AF six days ago, my temps have remained in their post ovulatory state.

I'm sure it is an evap, but even getting the chance to post the question is qutterly thrillingSmile

This is so wonderful! Congratulations OP!!!

GinasGirl · 16/06/2017 20:59

Brilliant news! Congratulations OP!

Chattycat78 · 16/06/2017 21:01

Low amh- pah! Fingers crossed for you. For what it's worth I'm not convinced re the low amh doom and gloom doctors like to dish out. My amh was 2.8 when I was 34. I've been pregnant 3 times and had 2 live births since then.

Grin for u.

Yay! Have been stealth following this thread and so pleased with the result. I had a weird light bleed just before I found I was pregnant with my son and was distraught thinking it was a sign it would never happen for us (37, PCOS) and then voila! Must have been implantation bleeding. He's now 2.5 and sleeping in the car while we drive to family for the weekend. I'm now 40 and pregnant with number two. All the best OP! Fizzy water to drink on your wedding day and pretend it's G&T or vodka lemonade (but do treat yourself to a glass of fizz) xx

Mummamayhem · 16/06/2017 21:08

Lovely thread. What an excellent pre wedding surprise!

Babykoala1 · 16/06/2017 21:11

Was following this thread as those lines on the cheapies were the exact same for my BFP with my daughter. Was keeping my fingers crossed for you and am so pleased to see that you are undeniably pregnant!! Congratulations Flowers I'm sure you are giving hope to other women that Doctor's aren't always right x.

littlemimosa · 17/06/2017 00:04

Congratulations OP!
What a wonderful story. Like someone else says these threads give others hope. Just goes to show the measurements they use for things like AMH etc are so arbitrary.
Just out of curiosity what do you mean by 'hidden infections? Why did they give you antibiotics (if I'm not being too rude asking....Feel free to tell me to mind my own business!)?

ThatsWotSheSaid · 17/06/2017 07:54

So pleased for you OP! This thread has made my morning. :)

Seeingthings38 · 17/06/2017 08:22

Thank you so much again everyone. Still can't believe it this morning!Shock

littlemimosa I don't mind at allSmile The hidden infections test is done by Serum Clinic in Athens on menstrual blood. It tests for bacterial load and hidden chlamydia (hidden C does not come up on standard chlamydia tests) Penny the clinic director also explained that hidden infections can cause poor sperm quality (dp had been told he only had 16% motility) I tested positive for hidden c and we both had to take a mammoth course of antibiotics. Within two cycle sections I'm pregnantSmile Penny has seen lot s of cases of pregnancies after treatment, even in couples who have been trying to conceive for ages. I'm not saying it's a magic bullet for everybody, but I really don't think I would have gotten my bfp if it wasn't for Serum. They are amazing!

littlemimosa · 17/06/2017 23:13

Ah I see. Thanks for answering my nosy questions and for the link. I've never heard of that before.
Congrats once again. Wishing you a happy and healthy 9 months.

Seeingthings38 · 18/06/2017 06:52

Thank you again everyoneFlowers

littlemimosa I really would recommend test to everyone ttc. It's such a simple thing really and I know I wouldn't be pregnant now if I hadn't done it. Fertility treatment in this country sadly does lag behindSad

Just wanted to update all the lovely people who were so supportive on this thread.

Sadly it's not good news. I miscarried on Monday, two days after my wedding. Just for extra fun the nurse from EPU rang me day before wedding to tell me my HCG levels weren't rising.

It's an unbearably cruel blow after the year of heartache we've had. Also just brilliant timing. You can't help wondering what the hell you did to deserve itSad

We are flying out to Serum Clinic at Athens for a Hysteroscopy next month. Hopefully they can help us. Atm it seems like I will never be a mother.

Sorry I couldn't give better news. Miracles apparently don't happen...at least not for me anyway.

Oh op Flowers I'm so sorry.
Just in case no one has told you. This is not your fault. You have done nothing wrong and there is nothing you could have done to change it.
Take one day at a time and take as long as you like to grieve. I know it's not the done thing on here but I'm sending you the biggest cyber hug

Seeingthings38 · 29/06/2017 08:26

Thank you Holdbacktheriver

It just didn't seem very healthy from the start tbh. I bled every day, had awful upset stomach etc. I spent most of the run up to wedding in hospital waiting rooms!

I haven't felt too bad until today, but DH has gone back to work before me so now I'm alone thinking about it.

I guess I just have to believe it can happen again and stick next time. Although it's hard to really have faith in that right now.

Seeing - I've only just come across this thread, and was on such a high, only to come to the end.

Feel free to ignore this advice for the sake of your own mental health and wellbeing. But we tried for quite a while (I'm sure not as long as you) and then eventually got pregnant, only to miscarry. I then got pregnant again quite quickly ... and miscarried again. And then got pregnant again. And it stuck.

I've heard - and I don't know if it's just anecdotal - but apparently you can be quite fertile in the aftermath of a miscarriage. It was the case for us.

Wishing you all the very, very best. Flowers

Naughty1205 · 29/06/2017 09:06

Seeing, keep the faith. I know this is the most horrible thing to go through but keep going, you have a plan in place with Serum who will help you move forward and get your longed for baby. I am so so sorry for your loss. Thinking of you xx

weasledee · 29/06/2017 09:07

Arrrhhh I'm so sorry to read this and hope your doing ok.....
Hard to be positive but you got pregnant so you can get pregnant again. Wishing you the very best Flowers
