Just done a test (which I know is late on in the day), another BFN.

Surely it would show by now if I was? I'm now 8 days late. Not even sure where I should go with this now! Doctors? Or will they tell me I'm being stupid like last time I went in because my period didn't start for 4/5 months after I'd had my implant removed....😤😤😤😤

To be honest, I used to be one of those people until a good friend of mine was TTC and had had a couple of miscarriages. Now I don't bring it up with people until I know they are expecting.

clacton definitely go and don't be fobbed off! If you know when you ovulated it is odd for period to he so late I think. Usually where periods are late it's due to late ovulation as luteal phase pretty constant (I think)

Hi kuba, no I think some people have their last day of EWCM the day before O.

But don't worry anyway! If you have ovulated today then you DTD yesterday so that's fine. I saw on an australian fertility charity site (just so you all know how much I've been googling shit!) that chances of conception if you have sex on the day of ovulation are 33%, if you have sex the day before its 31%. So either way, you're in with a shot!

@limp that's pretty awful of them not really what you need. You could polity remind them that the UK national average woman is a UK size 16!! X

Sorry to just be catching up. Been a bit emotional the last couple of days. Not because I got BFN but because it's an indication my body is very messed up. Anyway, I'll book in with doctors for when I can and see where I can go from there. Currently 10 days late!

@LimpLettice I completely know what you mean about others suddenly becoming preachers when they have lost a little weight. And I think it's important to have goals and dreams and not just dismiss them just because they are hard to achieve! Keep with your dream of #2!
