BFN today but still no sign of AF! I feel completely fine about it though, just want AF to turn up. My OH asked how not pregnant I was this morning when I told him it was BFN. Still don't think he gets conception 😂

Cycle - cycle? What cycle? Mine hasn't come back after the pill yet so I suppose I'm technically cycle 1 (I may have ovulated last week without realising but probably haven't O'd yet)

Spent a couple of hours alone in the sun with a glass of sauv blanc and a pen yesterday. Ordered a Clearblue Advanced ov kit and 2 months of Pregnacare Conception. Spent a long time reading about Ubiquinol to improve egg quality but am waiting on that - there is no point until there have been a couple of proper cycles to tell me if they are rubbish first. Feeling more positive by far, I just wish the thinking about all this wasn't so intrusive.

No idea for a thread name. Something not too earnest, I am trying to stay light hearted :)

I've been trying to keep this overthinking malarkey to the minimum but rather unsuccessfully, I was naive enough to think as soon as we started shagging without any contraception I'd be in the club in a couple of months.....not the way at all.

Has given me a bit of push to loose some weight and get my fitness back though, I love that feeling after training, not the feeling during though 😪 😂

AF started today, no mistaking it! Shame but it was only cycle #1, onwards and upwards.

Still no AF for me and no signs either. But I am SO glad I don't have to dtd in this weather ha ha.

I had a positive OPK this morning and was so shocked I thought the test was faulty but nope, both showed a surge so fingers crossed this is my cycle coming back! I know it can't confirm it ovulation actually occurs, but it's a start!

I also read you can get a surge just before AF, and I do have some menstrually cramps, so maybe AF coming which is also fine - anything which gives me hope about my cycle! My BBT thermometer arrives tomorrow, shame it wasn't a bit earlier so I could confirm ovulation but hey ho, early days!

Cue a very sweaty emergency shag before we went round to my parents for Father's Day! Not much EWCM and that which I have doesn't seem that fertile so I bought and used fertility gel.

If I got an OPK this morning, how many days am I likely fertile for? Is ovulation usually the day after?

When are/were you due? On another thread I'm on someone was a few days late but getting BFNs but turned out to be pregnant, got the BFP Friday I think! You never know!

I think you have a day or two after a positive opk McTufty, the surge happens in the 36ish hours before ovulation. Another sweaty go tomorrow just in case.

Texas chainsaw massacre is finally slowing down, thank goddess. Not much thought of sweaty marital ghastliness here with that going in as well. CB digi arrived yesterday and instructions suggest starting on day 8 which is Thursday. DP is 40 minutes away in the week so has been primed to drop everything and run home if I message him a smiley. Poor fella, he's going to be shattered if this takes ages 😂

Still no AF although some cramping feelings now. Never been so late before so finding it all frustrating. Didn't POAS all weekend and won't be able to until Wednesday. Maybe things will be clearer by then.
