Hello everyone,

Not been on the boards for a while, and feel some May threads are far too big to join now! Thought I'd make a little one for anyone due AF this coming Sunday/Monday (then join June threads if no BFP).

Quick background: Been ttc since last year with no luck, not even a sniff of a line! Was a regular on conception boards but started it find the whole ttc lark quite stressful so we stopped trying for a while. We are now TTC again but trying to be relaxed about it! Had 2 MC's (one with a D&C) about 3 years ago.

Only symptoms so far is very strong metallic taste in mouth. Normally have PMS symptoms by now but nothing.

Please join and test with me, and stop me going mad! This is the most positive I've felt in ages

I'm so sorry guys I completely cracked and gave in!! POAS this evening with like my fourth wee of the day - stark white BFN expected nothing less! Definitely waiting until Sunday now I think a part of me just wants the waiting over as I just know AF is round the corner!

Hi ladies... can I join in although my period was due 5 days ago(going by my app).
My cycles are a little irregular so not convinced.
I have had really sore boobs this past week though and just not feeling right so I got a test yesterday just to see.
It was a BFN.... but then after 20 mins a faint line appeared... not sure if it may be a evap line.. as if I was pregnant surely it would have shown within the 5 mins window?? Xx

@MightyLighningMouse you're not out until the witch arrives. Hmmmm mum I'm not sure, I know you're not supposed to read the results after the set time but don't have any experience of how likely this would make it to be a false positive. I would maybe give it a day or two get a cbd as there is no ambiguity then

Sorry guys I caved and tested it's a bfn which is a bit shit but not really unexpected. I just didn't feel like it had happened this month iykwim just want AF to hurry up so I can start this next cycle now

What DPO are you caffeine?
I'm sorry but I can't see anything in the pics - but having said that I'm outside so my screen isn't great

I don't chart so not entirely sure but assuming I have a 14 day luteal phase then 10. But I did one of the very early cb ones that says it's 96% accurate at this point

Caffeine from what I read sometimes if you implanted later then it doesn't show up at 10dpo even on a first response. So fingers crossed that you might not be out just yet

I caved too @CaffeineBomb 😳 and also got a bfn on a cb early detection. So annoyed with myself for testing! Arghhh!

I'm so cross at myself too @RedPanda25!! I wish I'd waited as although I'm pretty confident I'm not pregnant part of me feels like there's still that glimmer of hope so I know I'll still be disappointed when AF makes an appearance.

@Mumofawarrior12 could you do another test? I think the second line is supposed to come up within the time but I'm sure there is another thread on mumsnet about it?

@CaffeineBomb I'm going to think positively! We tested early and as others have said we could only have implanted yesterday- definitely going to wait until at least Monday to test again though!

@Mumofawarrior12 I can definitely see a line, but how long does the test say to wait for the results? Usually anything after that time shouldn't be counted as a line. Is it worth buying a CB Digital or a FRER? Fingers crossed!

Sorry to all the BFNs!! we're not out until AF but it's so disappointing seeing nothing! Having said that, when I had my BFPs before (when I MC'd) the line never showed until the day after my missed period. I hate waiting!

Symptoms today: really strong cramps, very sore boobs, bad back and very strong sense of smell (All I can smell is cat wee - we don't even own a cat! )

No symptoms but dip in temp... thoughts on my chart ladies? Wonder hoping if it could be implantation

Well walked to local sainsburys as I haven't got the car today and only ones they had was the Sainsbury's own blue dye tests pack of 2.
Negative but then about 8-10mins I think there may be a faint line... not sure though?₩

@MotherofBoy I'm afraid I don't know much about temping, maybe someone else will know more?

I had what felt like implantation cramps yesterday (still holding out hope!)

Iv sat and stared at it thinking is it or is it not... iv taken it apart .. I know I shouldn't but what do you think??

Will retest again in the morning... only thing is if I'm 5 days late on my period surely the line should be darker??
My positive result with my first DC was darker than this 2 days before my missed period. Xx

I'm afraid I've never had even a hint of a line in 10 months so I'm not best placed to advise. Got everything crossed for you though! I might be posting something similar tomorrow morning (hope so at least!!)
