CB Vertical Line

When you do a CB test can you always see the vertical line if you hold it in a certain light? 10 dpo, if you just look at the test it's negative, but hold it at the window and I can see the vertical line, is that always there? Thanks :-)

Definitely colour!!! It's so similar to the control line but people have mentioned evaps so I don't know 🙄

Thanks Rose nothing to report here, I could say I "feel" pregnant, but it's probably wishful thinking. No major symptoms, just a couple of minor things, but I don't know, I just feel very positive, despite negative tests, 12 dpo today. How are things with you? xx

Hotpink those tests are positive. Are you sure it's the first response early result you're taking and not the first response rapid result which is much less sensitive.

It's bfn on everything now! I did use the 2 tests that seem to be notorious for evap lines though so it's my own fault x

Another day, another BFN! Damn it!! Had cramps yesterday, thought AF was starting, but no! On a positive note, I should be spotting today as I'm due tomorrow, that's the usual routine, and nothing as of yet! AF has probably decided to add a little variety this month and change the norm just to mix it up a little! Wink

Still BFN and no AF! This is highly unusual! Been late maybe once in the last year or so, usually like clockwork! So, it's been 14 days from what would be conception, a positive would surely show by now wouldn't it? Does anyone know when they would have actually conceived and it took longer than this to get a BFP! Clutching at straws, I know, but so want it to happen! xx

Sorry to hear OP :( If you got a faint positive before and now a BFN could it have been a chemical pregnancy? I had one of those last September... super super faint BFP only for it to disappear. My AF came 1 or 2 days later than usual.

No not my first. I have grown up children, youngest is 20. It's strange, it's not the first, but because of the gap in some way it feels like the first, if that makes sense! Just going to take one day at a time and hope we get there. Smile

Yes that makes sense. How exciting to be starting over.
Only been trying for a couple of months. Early days. I'm cautiously hopeful. My cycles are generally still clockwork but noticed slight changes of late. Nothing major but slight things.
Anyhow, waffling on now. Good luck for the next 8 months hun!

@tobermory29 can I ask what CD/ Dpo you are? Still getting BFN but your story gives me hope! No AF yet and no sign either. Were you late for AF? X

Thanks Hotpink Was due AF Saturday, CD 14. Tested fmu with IC, bfn. Tested later in the day with the digital and got the bfp! Tested again today with IC, still bfn. Then digital again, bfp! Think I will continue testing with IC out of curiosity to see when it actually turns positive. Not even a whiff of a line on them! Fingers crossed for you xx
