Anyone else convinced themselves they are pregnant?

Second month of trying after a chemical pregnancy. Only 7 days after ovulation but convinced I have every pregnancy symptom under the sun. Feeling sick, sore boobs, achy legs. But then it could all be in my head. Probably too early to be feeling any of this. This TTC business is going to drive me to madness!

My periods are very regular. It was only in June when it stopped and I thought nothing of it.. huge nightmare. I've taken four tests and all came back negative, but when I went to the hospital they advised I take another test this week which is what I'll end up doing. Also going to book an appointment with my GP tomorrow. Really nervous and scared as I honestly believe I'm pregnant - as well as the GP at the doctor stating that she thinks I have a high chance of being pregnant. Honestly, I'm not trying (clearly) but I'm so excited to find out and I think that's what is going to let me down.

If am pregnant, I would be around 14 weeks.. from the spotting in August.
