can I ask please for those who are taking this herb, exactly what dose is recommened and how often. Can not find infor on net.

Lots of people have told me different amounts.

I have bought the tablets of 400mg each.

Yeh but they say not to get stressed as it can effect your ov. How do u not stress after a 9 hr day @ work, boss shouted at you, you're hungry, got chores to do then gotta babydance!!!

Argh! Damn mother nature! Why cant we have the easy job like men lol.
