sorry for so many typo's Blush

Peyia · 25/01/2016 19:27

Mimi I'm so nervous and excited for you. Praying AF stays away and there's a little bean snuggling in!!! Oh I really hope it is.

Congrats to those with BFP! Wishing you all a happy and healthy pregnancy.

Hoggle the first trimester is torture. I had cramps, it's the uterus stretching etc. hope you are ok though.

G, are you going for the private scan? Must be hectic planning a move now. We're stupidly embarking on an extension Confused I'm feeling a lot better, 15+1 and showing (front and back)

xxx

FuzzyOwl · 25/01/2016 19:29

Glad your dad is doing much better now Pulled. Hope you get a BFP with your next test.

OMG the 2WW is already driving me nuts and this could just be the first of many!! Wierd feelings atm though, like waking up this morning feeling trembly and nauseous. Peeing like a trooper too...honestly, interpretting everything in an optomistic (worried that it'll turn to sadness) way is very draining.

If AF visits me I'm gonna need some serious "hold my self together" advice...not at all sure i like this ride!!

Hopefully AF is not getting ready to visit me or any of you other lovely ladies on your 2WW. For those of you she got, there's always Wine and Cake until next month. Might just make this my mantra too...

Kellz92 · 25/01/2016 19:40

Mimi thanks for thinking of me. So sorry AF showed up. I've been quiet because I've been busy. Got my peak today, but got a migraine brewing and feeling sick. Had a lot of migraines lately xx

f1ddlesticks · 25/01/2016 19:49

Hi ladies... Sorry about the migraine Kellz, hope it isnt a bad one. Do you think you've DTD at the right times if you got yr peak today?

I'm 6dpo now. Only symptom that's raised an eyebrow is a feeling like heart palpitations a few times today which was a symptom last time. Other than that nothing strikes me as unusual! (I've learned over the last few months that I pee a lot anyway, I often feel queasy in the morning and have all kinds of twinges in the 2nd half of my cycle that I'd never noticed before!)

FuzzyOwl · 25/01/2016 20:16

Hope your migraine eases Kellz and you don't miss ovulation. I don't know if it will help you but I used to suffer really badly with migraines and regular neck, back and shoulder massages made a massive difference. Then again, my migraines were generally stress related so if your ones are hormones or something else, it might not do anything other than feel nice. The woman who did them for me used to be extra general because of all the tender points I have in my back, neck, chest and shoulder area, so I was able to (generally) enjoy most of it instead of it hurting.

jennie, the 2ww always drives me nuts! I have become brilliant at finding every single possible symptom imaginable and am then so baffled by the BFN and AF! I hope your symptoms will result in a BFP though.

I agree about learning about all the things my body does in the 2ww that I was never aware of before f1ddlesticks.

So, I am trying to convince myself that waiting until I got a positive opk to start DTD is ok but I have been stupidly reading up loads on how you need to start the day before the positive. I guess I will know in a couple of days but I have really struggled to make up any pregnancy symptoms this week and that really can't bode well for a BFP on Wednesday. Although since I have given up testing, I guess my odds of getting a BFP have drastically decreased! Grin

HoggleHoggle · 25/01/2016 21:23

Fuzzy in case it helps at all I had precisely no pg symptoms when I got my bfp, I tested on day 28 just because I thought I should - bfn - tested day 32 and bfp. But at no point did I feel pg - so don't rule yourself out yet!

FuzzyOwl · 25/01/2016 21:46

Thanks Hoggle

Thanks Mimi! Hope you get a BFP next time you test... It's a killer isn't it?

I'm trying not to symptom spot but part of me wants to post every twinge on here! At least being at work makes the days go a bit quicker.

Pulledapart2015 · 26/01/2016 11:16

I had a bit of a scare last night waking up every few hours with extreme cramping , In the hours I was getting sleep i was dreaming I was in labour , was so painful .
Called triage first thing this morning and the said to rest and see if it calmed down and to check for bleeding , and the cramping soon settled and there was no blood , was really strange still don't know what caused it Confused really tempted to buy a fetal Doppler now to try find a heartbeat bug I don't want to get into that paranoid frame of mind X x

Gx91 · 26/01/2016 14:00

Hopes - did u manage to get dtd with ur DH , hopefully u don't catch flu aswell ! X
Cockles - would b so lovely if u found out it wer pregnant soon X good luck X any symptoms ? Xx

FuzzyOwl · 26/01/2016 14:12

Thanks Gx and sorry you are still getting cramps. My experience with fetal doppers is that you need to be about four months pregnant before you can hear the heartbeat and even then, it can be difficult. I know I got one but I do think they can cause more worry than anything else.

Sorry you are still in limbo Pulled. Did you chart or test for ovulation?

OP posts:
Pulledapart2015 · 26/01/2016 18:43

awww gx that sounds like a horrible night. hope you've managed to get some rest and please try not to worry (easier said than done I know). fx crossed the cramps will stay away x

fuzzy I didn't get to test for ovulation as I got bogged down with hospital runs etc. I went by the period log I kept and basically DTD every other night. looking back on it we did manage to do it solidly for 2 weeks around ovulation despite all that went on Grin I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I ovulated late but I'm geared up with ovulation kits for next cycle if nothing happens this time xxx

jennielm · 26/01/2016 20:24

Well I'm out this month and gutted; AF appeared just before my gym session (cd25). It's silly, i know, and there could be many more months of this but for a tiny while i allowed myself to hope it would be easy and now i feel very sad. DH not really getting it so feel quite alone with feelings too. Really hope you guys all get your BFPs!!xx

Pulledapart2015 · 26/01/2016 20:32

oh ((( jennie ))) sorry the wicked witch has appeared but fx for next cycle for you. don't get disheartened. Lots of Wine and Cake is in order for now I think and maybe even Chocolate Wink

I think I'm going to invest in that gel someone kindly mentioned up thread if AF appears this cycle. Although im due to see gynae next month anyway as it'll officially be a year of trying Sad was really hoping I'd be calling em and saying "hey don't need you lot now I'm preggers Grin" one can still hope x

jennielm · 26/01/2016 20:49

Thanks pulled, i think the disappointment is partly because i fell so fast last time, but also the worry that that was 9 years ago and I'm now nearly 39. Really worried i won't fall. Confused

HoggleHoggle · 26/01/2016 21:15

Hello everyone, this is really difficult to write but unfortunately today I had some very bad news.

I had agonising cramps first thing this morning and went to A&E as I knew something was seriously wrong. Unfortunately my pregnancy was ectopic and I had to have emergency surgery. I have lost a huge amount of blood and one of my Fallopian tubes has been removed. I'm still very unwell and staying in hospital overnight. I'm exhausted but can't switch off, there's just been so much to take in and none of it seems real.

The doctor is being positive about my chances of becoming pregnant again which is a relief but I am very scared about the future. I will probably take a break from this thread, I hope you understand, there's just so much to get my head round and it will be a number of months at least before we can think about or want to ttc again.

Sending lots of love and luck to you all, and thanks so much for being a huge support over the last few months. I'm crossing my fingers for you all and those who are already pg I hope all continues to go well and you enjoy your little bundles xx

FuzzyOwl · 26/01/2016 21:21

Oh Hoggle, I am so so sorry to hear what you have been through and I hope you have lots of RL support. Completely understand you backing away from the thread but you might get comfort from one of the ttc after a mc threads (I know I did and there were a few ladies who had had ectopic pregnancies on there, who all went on to have successful pregnancies). Take care of yourself and thinking of you. Flowersxx

Hopelass · 26/01/2016 21:21

Oh my god hoggle that must be terrifying and so upsetting, I am so sorry to hear what you've been/are going through Thanks
I hope you are feeling better very very soon and you are getting lots of love and support in rl. Take care and look after yourself and all the very very best in the future; I'm so glad your doctor is positive for future ttc. Best of luck and massive hugs xxx

FuzzyOwl · 26/01/2016 21:22

Sorry to hear about AF Jennie.

Hope you still get your BFP Pulled.
