Hello,

I've had a look on a few threads i was wondering whether there were any younger groups as the majority are late 20's etc.

I'm not trying to be ageist I just would like to talk to a few younger TTC'ers

Haha it really isn't that bad at all, I promise. Gas and air is wonderful stuff, it's worth having a baby just for that Grin

Jaffacakey · 30/09/2015 15:14

I have had gas and air when i had a spinal injury it was amazing :) just noticed we are on page 2!!!!

Im such an obsessed person I decide i want something and i want it now :(

jorahmormont · 30/09/2015 15:20

Fingers crossed it'll happen nice and quick for you jaffa :)

My testing date should be around October 25th. I graduate October 30th so if it's a BFN I can go out and drink as much as I want, if it's a BFP it'll be a sober graduation for me!

Jaffacakey · 30/09/2015 15:36

Yes i am off to Malta on the 24th so hopefully i will know either way :D I have been looking a buggies bad idea makes it 10x harder in the tww

jorahmormont · 30/09/2015 23:18

There's so many different buggies to choose from though isn't there! And it's the same with cots, car seats etc!

Jaffacakey · 01/10/2015 11:35

To be honest there is too much choice on anything with baby in the name also the cost of some things :O

jorahmormont · 01/10/2015 11:39

Some of the prices of buggies are crazy! bugaboo and oyster etc... We got the graco travel system for £100 and it's brilliant, never had an issue with it. Next time all we'll need is a new car seat. DD walks everywhere now so can't see much point in a double buggy tbh.

Jaffacakey · 01/10/2015 11:45

I have to say i quite like the Oyster but i can't justify the price for a brand new one :(

MY SIL has offered me her Cosatto giggle thing but im not a three wheeler kind of person and i dont like the colours, far too bright for me.

I enter my fertile period as of tomorrow :) so i think i may up the dtd slightly ;)

misskaybee · 05/10/2015 18:40

misskaybee · 06/10/2015 13:49

lollyb20 · 06/10/2015 16:11

lollyb20 · 07/10/2015 15:22

Hi been trying to concieve for just over a year on my 11th cycle and currently on cycle day 40 11 days late 4 negative tests but feeling sick, tired and have bold blue veins through my boobs and areola x

Andysgirl15 · 07/10/2015 15:23

Hi girls, can I join I'm 22 and I'm Cd1 so I got a somewhat longer wait than u gals to POAS haha

This month is month #2 for me and OH and we already have a DD who is coming up 13 months so feel like now is the time to create a sibling for her lol x

Jaffacakey · 07/10/2015 15:43

Welcome Andysgirl

OOO lolly that does sound positive but our bodies can play aweful tricks on us :(

lollyb20 · 07/10/2015 15:56

Ahh your telling me! Im just glad to have found people my own age. Feel like we can relate more to eachother x

Jaffacakey · 07/10/2015 16:02

I know i enjoy the other groups however they are all quite a bit older than us and i feel slightly put off asking questions etc as sometimes you can get a bitchy answer which isn't helpful!

misskaybee · 07/10/2015 18:08

Andysgirl15 awww a DD! I have a DS who will be 2 this Sunday, currently trying for a DD as OH only wants two.

Lollyb20 ooo that sounds positive fingers Crossed!

Jaffacakey I know what you mean, you'd think people would be nicer but then some of the answers you get you remember you get bitches everywhere haha.

Andysgirl15 · 07/10/2015 19:24

I've noticed that too about some of the responses on here being bitchy. A lot of the women on here are career women aswell but it's the kind of language you associate with a chav down the local estate haha

misskaybee - me and OH are wanting a little boy, I told him I'm not having anymore girls, I found out the hard way that they are really moody and high maintenance and squeal like a banshee when they are told no. My DD has put me off having anymore girls lol x

Jaffacakey · 07/10/2015 20:59

I am so glad I am not the only one who feels this way and I'm glad I'm not the only one to at 21, I know when I do the people at work will have lots to say and bitch about. They are the worst when you work in an office !!!

My DH has a Ds from a one night stand he is nearly 3

misskaybee · 07/10/2015 22:39

Are any of you guys finding out what you're having or leaving it a surprise?x

Jaffacakey · 08/10/2015 09:16

DH does not want to find out as he had no choice with his previous, so i think i will give him hat ;)

WhyDoesGastonBark · 08/10/2015 09:24

Hi all, I am not TTC but jut thought I would give you some words of wisdom GrinHmmBlush

I was not long turned 23 when TTC my son, just turned 24 when he was born.

To the poster who was worried about telling her parents - don't worry! If they know it was a well thought out and planned pregnancy from a place of love, they won't be concerned. It is weird though as you are basically admitting you had sex! To your parents which nobody wants to do!

Don't discredit the older Mums either, they could be really good friends, most of my Mum friends are 4-10 years older than me but they never make me feel like the baby!

If you do look babyfaced and go to some appts without your partner, try not to be offended when the medical staff assume you are a teenage, single mother of an unplanned baby... They just do that unfortunately and the only one who gets upset if you dwell on it will be you.

Good luck in your TTCing

Jaffacakey · 08/10/2015 15:36

Why does the TWW take so long :( i'm only 4DPO maybe going on pos OPK but that isn't the most scientific ovulation predictor
