Congratulations emily, we could be on the same antenatal bus if all goes well! Just at my parents for dinner and I'm wondering how I'm going to turn down a glass of wine. Not sure they will buy that I've suddenly decided I don't even have one if I have to drive home. I don't mind people knowing early but I'm not even certain myself!

As for me, AF turned up yesterday - I guess I'm relieved to know that I'm out for this cycle, and also that it's amazing what your mind can convince you of when you want something so badly!

I've bought the CB combined ov tests from eBay with one missing as the previous owner only used one before she conceived! I'm hoping it's a lucky pack! It was a bit cheaper too

Hello! I posted in his thread a while back - due AF 19th Sept.

I always ovulate on or around CD20.

However this month I started taking evening primrose oil and robitussin to help with EWCM. I'm cycle day 12 currently and noticing lots of EWCM! Really unusual for me. Cervix is high soft and open and getting a faint line on Internet cheapie opk's.

My cycles are pretty regular too. Have been ttc since coming off pill at new year.

Has anyone any experience of ovulating earlier whilst taking EPO? And did anyone notice their cervical fluid smelt of robitussin after taking it? Haha sorry if tmi.

I usually always get a spot on my chin around ovulation which hasn't happened yet this month.

Where is my period?!?

I'm getting stressed about this now. This is CD 34, and no sign of AF. My longest cycle previously has been 31 days, and 29 or 30 is more usual.

My temp went below the cover line yesterday, and a bit lower again today. I've taken dozens of Internet cheapie tests (and one CB digi) and there isn't even a ghost of a positive to be seen. But no AF. I just want it to get a move on - I'm worrying about it now.

sunshine I used EPO to try and bring forward ovulation when I was ttc#3 because dh was due to be working away. It brought it forward by 2 days and that was the month I conceived!! And yes, tons of EWCM.

YouandMe how frustrating for you. My last pregnancy I eventually got a BFP on CD36, having been 28-32 days all my life - even then it was a squinter. Not out yet.

AF has arrived. I'm relieved, tbh. I haven't worked out quite was going on though. Will see how things go with the Clearblue Monitor this time round. I think I really need to relax - this is only going to be cycle 3! It doesn't help that I started a new job a few weeks ago and I'm quite stressed generally.

Trying to stay positive. Each month I add something new to my TTC regime. Currently using OPKs, temping and stalking mumsnet, and have a day 21 blood test booked and AMH test.

Day 21 was actually Friday, but I'll have the bloods done on Tuesday which will be 10DPO. Will it be a waste of time?

I am terrified about the AMH result. Has anyone else had this done?

Another month. I'm charting temps and so far finding I haven't ovulated- very frustrating. Didn't consider what long term use of the pill would do when we wanted children. Not worried about symptom spotting now though- got used to my 28 ish day cycles!

Feeling a bit nauseous here on day 37. It might just be tiredness - we've had a full on weekend with DS 2nd birthday. Bought a twin pack of clear blue tests today, one digi, one not. Might test tomorrow morning if I am feeling brave enough. I didn't get any sickness with DS so trying not to read into this too much... Eek!

Hello newbies, also really hoping this is a lucky bus.

Laura, isn't the pill a rollercoaster!? Was perfect throughout my 20s but has been almost a constant nightmare for the past 4 years. Grrrrrr.

CD 27 for me, lots of period type pains since yesterday, started bleeding very lightly this afternoon (sorry tmi) but seems to have stopped again now. No idea what's going on, just hoping it's all still positive.

No AF yet, and another BFN.

I used a Sainabury test today, you could see the evap line before I even pee'd on it. Awful. Google tells me they are notorious for evaps/false positives, but they were only £3.50 so not a big loss.

This photo is of an evap line. It could so easily get someone's hopes up! (it looks a bit battered as I pulled it out of the plastic)

BFN here this morning on CB digi (turns out they were both digital in the pack). I'm annoyed at myself for even testing now. Stupid long cycles.

My aim this month is to find out if I do ovulate sometime during my 43 day cycle! Got a +ve OPK & high on CB monitor on Weds, +ve OPK & peak on CB on Thurs, -ve OPK & peak on CB on Fri. Temperature dropped on Thursday morning but had gone up by 0.1/0.2 degrees each day since so I'm hoping that's a good sign. Booked in for "day 21" bloods this Thursday (day 33 in my case) which (fx) will be either 6 or 7dpo. Good luck everyone, hoping to see more BFPs soon

Hey Shary, with those temps it looks like you ovulated on Thursday and have had a slow rise like I have. Just 0.1 deg C each day but a definite shift when compared with pre-ovulation. Hope your progesterone test confirms. I have mine on tmrw which will be 10dpo so I hope the levels haven't dropped by then.

Congratulations to the BFPs

I've been OPKing but so far, CD18, no positive I've been using the clear blue ones first this in the morning. Up until today, there has been a fairly strong (or certainly visible) negative when I've ejected the stick. Far lighter this morning. Don't know if that means I'm not going to ovulate or not? Not sure whether or not to buy any more, they're pretty pricey and I have tons of cheapy ones.
