Sammy my temp was a little higher today so I thought I may as well test. I then realised I've had a cold and have been breathing through my mouth for a couple of days which could have contributed to the lower temps. Either way my temps are never too high anyway and this months chart is shocking. I've missed a good few days and when I started temping a few days after ov FF couldn't even pinpoint ov.

Bean DH started taking vit c after advice from chops and the other ladies on here on 12/06. I remember the date as we got the SA results on 11/06 and were stunned as he had 0% morphology.

Although I'm a little bit flummoxed that I haven't had much bleeding with this withdrawal bleed, and that it has all been brown It's normally quite heavy and bright red. This time, it has been quite big clots. Does anyone think I should be concerned? Maybe it's because it's only been a month from my last bleed, whereas my other bleeds have been a few months apart... I don't know...

That does seem a bit strange Eskimo, but normal periods can vary a lot from month to month too, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Ral, I could be wrong but I think but C is supposed to stop sperm clumping together. I will have to look into it now!

Nomio, I've been freezing all day! We have Dp's family here for a week and we've been out with them. No rain but a really cold wind. Can't wait to get back to the sunshine
In other news, af arrived this morning . Onwards to next cycle. I'll add my new stats in the next few days.

I have had a quick Google & there are lots of studies which have suggested taking vitamin C can increase overall sperm count, motility & morphology. The theory is that because vit C is an antioxidant, it neutralises all the free radicals which can damage or inhibit sperm. It is really interesting actually. Even though DH doesn't have problems, I might get him on it anyway!

Eskimo I wouldn't worry as my periods used to vary quite a lot a few years ago and settled after a while. Fx the 100mg does the trick.

It's freezing here but I've had a cold for a few days so been running hot and then cold.

My ds was conceived with low count but then I got pg twice and didn't think a bit it. However I think it can't hurt now. ..

Raluca DH was taking 1000mg per day. That's the advice I was given on here from chops.

1000mg seems to be the standard dose.

Congrats DizzyN No pressure that both of my cycle twins got BFPs! Will consider a HPT in the morning if AF hasn't arrived (hoping 12DPO is lucky for me as it was for DizzyN!!)

That's 2 people on here that have conceived the month they found out their partners had 0% morphology! I'm beginning to doubt sa's! Yes 1000mg Vit C for the free radical stuff, we conceived 3 months after dh started on it.

Never mind feeling cold, I have a stinking cold! Blah. Can't even take any remedies for it. Who gave it to me?
