Just read up on it Kir and most people increase it to 120 in the last few days. The absolute max you should take is 200. Not sure why as that's as far as I got.

kir on a random other soy thread I read people built up to 200 what sits if soy so that's what I do, so if I were you on the last night Id take 200. Take before bed to avoid side affects.
dizzyn sorry about your clamidia fears. Really hope you are wrong. Don't have any advice but hope your mind gets put at ease soon.

10dpo here, bfn for me. Massive headache too which is a usual sign of AFs arrival for me.

Sorry about BFN Boris but it is early. I know you said headaches are an Af sign for you but in my last pregnancy I had awful headaches just before BFP.

I'm awaiting Afs arrival today. I'm scared to use the bathroom.

Just went and I think my cm is reddish it's certainly not clear or white. So I'm out for this month. Had a little cry. I so want chocolate but determined to at least lose weight if I can't put some on.

On to next month and I think I'll use epo and opks then try soy the following month.

Today we were supposed to be going on a dog walk with some friends, but they cancelled, so DH is having a lie in (very unusual for him) and I'm wide awake but still in bed. My withdrawal bleed has arrived, so probably tomorrow will be Clomid O'clock for me! Hoping the double barrelled attempt will work! Have a good day all x x x

beaut sorry that you think AF is coming. Stay strong and keep away from the chocolate! I've found that if you can get through 48 hours without eating chocolate/sweet treats you stop craving them. I'm hooked again at the moment, I ate a frys fondant cream at 0200 this morning at work . Really need to wean myself back off the brown stuff.

I didn't poas this morning. DP was in bed and I didn't want him to question what I was up to. He's always been adamant about waiting for a missed AF before testing and I don't like him to see the crazy side. So I'll poas tomorrow when he's at work ha ha.

Despite me always testing before hand and getting down about it I have never actually had a BFP before Af due it's always a couple of days later so I must ovulate quite late in my cycle. I hate the waiting for Af especially when the witch has teased me by arriving later than every other cycle

Kir for my two soy cycles I took roughly 50, 100, 100, 150, 200 on the first I think, and 100, 150, 150, 200, 200 on the second. Mine where different thought because the doses came in 17.5 each so I had to jiggle around. I think my high dose was 197.5 or something like that. They didn't help me much.

I took 135mg SI last month CD3-7 and to my astonishment ovulated on CD20 - my first month off the pill, when last time I came off the pill I had a nine month long anovulatory cycle (and had very irregular periods when not on the pill due to PCOS - v possible most if not all were anovulatory cycles)

No idea if ovulation was related to the soy, or the inositol, or eating Low GL, or having got my weight up into the healthy range (gynae said even being slightly underweight can prevent ovulation as the body needs a minimum % body fat to ovulate) or just one of those things.

Will see what happens this month!

Do you lot remember when I posted about DH's dream about twins? Well we've had some shocking news today. BIL has just told DH that he's been having an affair and just had twins with the other woman. I'm not so shocked about the affair as I always suspected he was up to something as he spends little time at home but I can't believe how far it's progressed. I'm absolutely gutted for DSIL who knows nothing about this and feel desperately sorry for her. They have a 16 year old together. Apparently the whole family bar MIL and FIL know, which makes it so much worse. I don't think I'd tell DSIL but I just don't know what to do. I wish I never knew about any of this.

Oh and I'm also upset for us as we've been ttc for so long and BIL can just waltz into an affair and produce twins. Selfish of me I know but I just can't help feeling angry about the unfairness of it all.

Oh Merry, what an absolute shit he is! His poor wife, I hope someone tells her soon, being the last to know is shit. I know she will be devastated but she will come through it in the end. Does he think he can carry on a double life and not get found out?!
