Progesterone fanjo bullets and sex

To those who have taken these, can you have sex before or after popping them in?
I am supposed to start taking them tomorrow according to the doctor's instructions, one in the morning and one in the evening. But we still need to DTD tomorrow morning or evening (as I'm probably icing early tomorrow morning), and then again Saturday too just for good measure. Saturday isn't really a problem as we can make time midday to DTD, but tomorrow is a week day and we only really have before or after work to get uhm busy. Which is when I need to be pushing them bullets in.
How long did you wait after inserting them to have sex, or wait after sex before inserting them? Or am I being completely stupid and it really doesn't matter at all?

April Fool's day!
The early scan I think is just as part of the fertility clinic regime? I've just looked at the date and it looks closer to 8 weeks. Which is funny because of course it is technically only 6 weeks as I know when I ovulated. Weird.
I keep rushing to the loo to make sure I'm not bleeding. So worried the bullets are going to fail me at the last hurdle

I'm doing that too and poking my boobs. I'm ravenously hungry too. I think I will ask for an early scan or failing that pay for one myself.

How are you getting on OP? I think it's all over for me . I had some pink spotting last night and my breast tenderness is going. Going to ring the EPAU first thing.
