Me too surferchic, was meant to ov today but am only just starting to show signs of it happening, so hopefully it will happen this weekend!

Oh bless you all. AF is due on Monday but recently discovered that the ovulation sticks are invalid if you have pcos. Sad This haa left me very confused! BBT chart is also all over the place! But hey ho! I'm sure it will all be fine! GP has suggested clomid but hubby needs to go for sperm analysis first. At least I'll be distracted all weekend with gcse and A2 mock exam papers!! How's everyone else getting on?!

Oh em, that sucks! Sounds like some more research to be done.Hmm.I'm in the same boat with mock marking- sooo much work on.. And ov hasn't shown up, so I think I may be a few more days yet.. At least it's sunny!

How is everyone doing? Are you mostly secondary or Primary teachers. I teach Year 3. I had a positive opk last Tuesday, dtd friday, sunday, monday , tuesday and Wednesday so gave it our best shot! Now in the tww.

I teach YrR :) I had a positive opk yesterday (three days later than usual) and we've been dtd at least every day for a week! I am quite tired now...! Fingers crossed it worked for us!

Weird question, but when do you guys all ov? I'm currently cd13, and have no signs yet- using OPKs for first time... Thanks in advance!

I always ov'd on cd14, but found that my OPKs showed faint lines from about cd11, then peaked on cd13. I get ovulation pain (very odd, but totally unique to ovulation), so knew the OPKs were accurate.

Apparently ovulation usually occurs around 14 days before AF is due, so it depends on the length of your cycle.

PS- I'm sorry I'm still loitering on this thread. I'm just cheering you all on! Typical teacher! Grin

I'm a teacher, wanting to get pregnant so I can't be timetabled or mess the school around in September! Trying to conceive!! 7th day of flashing smiling face in clear blue digital sticks!! Waiting for my peak but no sign!! I'm now at day 14 of cycle could I have missed my surge?? This is my first month using ovulation sticks!!

Plus no idea when I'm ovulating, notice cm being mentioned but I have never really noticed it...I would love more apparent signs! My cycle can be between 26 and 29 days!!

I usually get my positive opk on cd13 so probably ovulate day 14, I have a regular as clockwork 27 day cycle. I notice ewcm from Cd12/13. I never noticed it before seeing it mentioned on here keep smiling but obviously always happened.

Keep smiling I think we're almost same cycle.. I'm day 14, but I think ov is on its way tomorrow.. Have only just started using OPKs, so will try thisafternoon.. for me I usually have really obvious ewcm, but doing OPKs so I can be sure.. And dtd as much as we can to hopefully get a BFP! I'm slightly part time so thisafternoon I can get home early ..Wink

Ugh, I am so confused at the moment. AF showed up a couple of days late and then lasted two weeks! Bloody ridiculous. My dates are all out now, no idea what's going on. Anyone ever had this? AF finally cleared off yesterday - I should ovulate in about a week right?!
I'm a secondary teacher and we are trying for number 1. We have been fostering teenagers for a few years now though. Seems strange to be planning for the end of teenagers to have a baby... backwards I suppose!

Welcome fourcorner! Poor you on cycle mess up.. And planning for a baby is exciting. My OH and I have thought about fostering.. I've done a bit of lurking on the other threads about it..
