So so sorry Ohlordy, hope you are at home getting some tlc. I second the recommendation for the ttc after an mc. I found myself there recently and they are a lovely supportive group.

Spinning, I'm not sure it would really matter. Just a long time to wait for 1st scan, which would then probably date you further along than you are.

*Spinning I've also just put your dates in a calculator based on ovulation date and it gave you an edd of 3rd July

I'm out too. Oddly enough my temp went back up a bit this morning, but I started bleeding properly and the line is so faint on a FRER that it's barely there. I made it two more days than last month which is something, but it's still hugely disappointing.

The positive side is I might be able to get my GP to refer me to someone now I've had two chemical pregnancies in a row and given my history. DH and I already made the decision that if it didn't go well, we'd take a break from trying until after Christmas, so I might not go to the GP right away.

I wish everyone so much luck. I might be back on the buses next year, who knows?

I'm ok. Well, I'm not, but I'm more ok than I was last month. I'll be ok tomorrow. I need to try and find a doctor in the north-west that specialises in fertility post-cancer treatment, who'll see me as an NHS patient.

I have five embryos on ice, but no funds to use them (it would cost roughly £5000), but there's no point going down that road until I know whether it's a problem with my uterus or whether the eggs are too poor quality to develop. Lots of things to find out.

So sorry Biscuit. I was so hopeful for you. I don't know what to say other than I hope you get some answers when you are ready. You obviously have no trouble conceiving which is something if not much help right now. Take care of yourself.

Gosh somesort I wonder if that's something a cancer charity might be able to assist with funding? It seems silly allowing you to have embryos all ready if no one will assist you to use them. So sorry you're going through a crappy time.

I really hope you manage to find the right consultant on the NHS SomeSort - keeping everything crossed for you. I'm also on a TTC break at the moment (post ectopic) so suspect I may be joining you on the January TTC bus.

As others have said, I would also wholeheartedly recommend the TTC after a MC thread. Everyone is lovely and so supportive.

Somesort I'm so sorry, I was really hoping this was going to have a positive outcome for you. I hope that when you feel ready you can find someone that can help you. Take care and hope to see back on the ttc conceive buses before too long

Have had a word with DP and despite my initial wish to have a month off we have agreed to not not try next month so no temping or sticks just dtd in the right time frame. It will be cycle 8.

Thank you ladies. It's a really awful feeling to have been so happy and for it to turn around so quickly.
In a way we can take something positive, as we know that we did the first bit right. The odds of cp are so high that it doesn't necessarily mean there's an underlying problem.
biscuit I'm so sorry for your loss, I may see you on the mc thread but need to get my head around it first I think.

Sorry to hear the sad news from ohlordy and somesort. Sending virtual hugs. Such a sad thing to happen.

Still no +ve opk for me. Getting fed up, I get so excited seeing a positive stick haha. Held onto my wee for ages too coz I was late home from work and I'd not taken one with me. Wish I had now so u couldve tested twice. Got two days of positive last month tho so suppose it's ok. Will still try dtd tonight in case it'll be tomorrow. Wish I got a warning when it was gonna happen!

Oh lordy and Somesort I am so sorry for your losses. CPs are so horrible - to be so happy about bfp then to have it snatched away. The stats are a comfort in a way but it still sucks. I would also recommend the ladies over on the ttc after an mc thread - they're brilliant - and also getting lots of IRL support and doing things non-ttc related can help. Thoughts are with you both [hugs]
