My period feels like its imminent and has done since thurs. I had pink cm on friday. Ive woken with sore boobs today which isnt usual with AF. So confused.

Well I've continued temping as my acupuncturist asked and today it did a big dip again which it always does halfway through the luteal phase (7dpo) although as my temps have been so much higher these past few days it's only dipped down to the temp that they normally are during the luteal phase so will be interesting to see what happens next. It would normally go back up for a few days now although I'm not sure I can see it going right back up to the previous highs.

Not much in the way of symptoms, boobs are a little bit tender but not as much as usual and a little bit of a cramping type feeling on and off but not much. Can't sleep properly, the last couple of nights I have been waking up a stupid times and not been able to go back to sleep.

Snap lucieloos. I haven't had a full uninterupted nights sleep for a few days now. My boobs only started feeling sore a couple of days ago but nowhere near as bad as they usually are and I have been having uterine cramping/twinges near enough since I ovulated. For the last few days I have also been really hungry in the mornings which is unusual and have been feeling nauseous too off and on (mostly when I first wake up). I am more tired than usual so going to bed earlier (like I did when pg with dc1) but not sure whether that is down to anything hormonal or whether I am just knackered from not sleeping well. Barring a couple of spikes in my temps, my temp has curved pretty much until 8dpo when it seems to have risen again into a higher curve. I am now 10dpo and my temp has been the highest it's been so taking that as a good sign.

Sorry for the BFN Nutelladipper but welcome to the stats, I did wonder why you weren't on there. FX for you in the next few days.

Should we plan on a final POAS party do you think ladies? Or go with the flow (if you'll pardon the pun)?

10dpo, temps still high. Not too many symptoms. Boobs a little bit tender, but they were last month and obviously that didn't work. Had a few twinges yesterday. I've not been sleeping brilliantly either Lucie, waking at like 4 or 5 ish and then not really feeling like I've fallen back to sleep properly.

Still rooting for you girlies! Glad the temps are looking good

Sounds very promising with the temps grand! Are you planning to poas soon? Strange that we all aren't sleeping properly!

Thanks lucieloos. I am thinking of testing maybe tomorrow (with a Superdrug test which is the most sensitive one I have in the house atm) but also a bit nervous of the results as I am thinking if AF will arrive then it will do so on Wednesday so don't know if it would be better to wait. I have played about with my charts a bit so you can see what I mean re the temps.

About the sleeping, I like to think that it is our bodies way of preparing us for the night wakings.....

I think your chart does look quite promising grand! Do you normally chart? How does it compare to previous charts? Maybe see what your temp does in the morning. If it stays high then use the test but if it starts to dip then maybe hold back.

So no AF for me yet but got another bfn too. Think I'm just going to wait it out till AF arrives now. I don't know exactly what my cycles are like yet so it could still be all normal for me

I do normally chart yes. I switched to vaginal temping on the last cycle but my temps do seem less erratic than they have on previous charts. I think you're right, if my temp stays the same or rises then I will test, if it goes down then I will hold off.

Can I ask some advice? I haven't told my mum yet that we are ttc. We are really close and it feels weird not telling her. The reason I haven't so far is because she's been really sad lately (her dad and brother passed away quite quickly between each other and it knocked her for six). I am worried if I told her but then it took forever or we had problems that it would make her worse. But then also if I do tell her it could be something else for her to think about instead of always feeling sad about her dad and brother. What have you done and does anyone have any thoughts??

Jcandy, I haven't told my mum either, we are really close but I always wanted to be able to surprise her with the good news. It is getting harder as time is going on though, especially as we have been going for tests etc. Thing is on the other hand I don't really want her to know as I do think she may worry and I don't won't the added pressure of her wondering every month if this is it or not. I'm holding off telling for now.
