4dpo here dh commented how hot I felt last night. My temp has been up to new highs today and yesterday but I am completely not expecting it to happen this month.

spinning I'm going to if I can hunt some down today at tesco. I seem to be ov later and later each month and even if I just try it once it can't hurt. Cycle 12 so ill try anything now

if tesco has them I think I might take it cd2-6. Just need to check what dosage to take. Do you normally take it at night?

I think it's a good idea to give it a try. Yep I take it when I go to bed. I took 100mg for first 2 days then 150mg for 2 days and 200mg on final day. Just don't take more than 200mg.

on a different note. I really like temping and will continue I think. Had a massive temp drop and low and behold AF arrived. Despite my erratic sleep it seems to have worked beautifully!

Sorry AF arrived Spinning, Genni and Boosk. At least she had the grace to arrive before the weekend so that you can have some . Mine has the sneaky habit of creeping up on me on a Sunday night. Still utterly rubbish though - enormous hugs

Genni, I'm enjoying the temping as well. Wish I started it sooner. Although it's hard to see the temp take a drop and know that af is on her way I prefer that to seeing a blank hpt! Maybe temping will cure me of my poas addiction

DH was home late last night so I didn't see him. He didn't tell me he went to he hairdressers... And that there had been a misunderstanding. I woke up next I a skinhead!! I kid you not it is about 1mm long :'( and his hair is normally about an inh or two! Next week is my fertile week and he has just massively reduced his sex appeal oh no. Had to try hard not to cry in my half asleep state... I know it is only hair maybe it is he hormones! He looks ridiculous as he has a v bad receding hairline whih is normally covered up hehe. Oh dear, poor DH I so think in hindsight I was a bit mean

I could try someone else but I figure if she's Zita trained and has a waiting list she must be good? I know what you mean about temping - I didn't poas once this cycle as knew from my temps it was game over. I think it's better than getting my hopes up!
