My body is being a right bitch..... Last 3 cycles have been 32 days long. haven't really been trying so the 2ww hasn't been torturous. it will be torturous if it's another 32er in Nov. The 2ww becomes 18 days!

Jcandy, I reckon day 15 or 16, but more likely 16. You have a positive OPK the day before (was it definitely as dark or darker than the control line?) and your temps after that date are all higher.

The Fertility Awareness Method rule is you need three higher temperature above the previous six AND fertile cervical fluid needs to have dried up. Your ovulation day would be the last temperature before the three higher ones, so day 16. If it wasn't for your white circle temp on day 4, then the temps starting on day 17 would fit that rule, but then you have that odd day with watery fluid on day 20.

I would disregard the day 20 as it doesn't fit the pattern of temps and the run of fertile fluid that you have. If your temps didn't have that shift, it could be indicative that your body was still trying to ovulate, but that doesn't fit with the rest of your chart. Try changing the data to 'N/A' for your fluid on day 20 and see what it gives you. Change the detector around a bit too - there is a 'research' one which picks up some patterns not incorporated into the normal detector. You can always change everything back.

Yes the line on the opk was definitely darker I had hardly any line for the days before and then suddenly it was really dark straight away.

It's my first month temping and it's just made me more confused lol. But I'll get rid of day 20 and have a play around with the settings. I think I might try temping vaginally next month to see if that helps! Thanks again

It'll be the time you take your temps that makes the difference. It has to be very consistent. I struggle with that too, so I get lots of white circles. It's better on school runs days when I have to wake up at the same time.

I've never temped vaginally. I am NOT a morning person and I struggle to find my mouth with the thermometer. I dread to think of the injuries I'd cause myself temping vaginally. Accidentally pierced labia, skewered clit... Oooofpfm.

The time isn't too bad for me as I have to get up to work at the same time every day then set my alarm at the weekend. I got back to sleep pretty quickly afterwards. Have a feeling I might be one of those people who likes catching flies when I sleep

DH's mom has gall bladder cancer and my uncle has cancer also.
So difficult.

Definitely Mzzzf, DP discharged from oncology just a couple of months ago. Makes me think things could have been so different. We have been very lucky. From diagnosis to discharge in under a year.

The dr on Monday is hopefully going to allow me to have iron injections. As I can no longer take oral iron due to bowel and stomach problems. It's that or A blood transfusion. Don't want a blood transfusion. The pain is just wait and see. She did remind me each pregnancy is different. This one apparently I'm going to turn into an elephant! It's soy triplets isn't it!

OK slight panic, just been to the loo and there was slight brown discharge, think I'm clutching at straws now!!

DH's mom was given 6 months and that was about 3 years ago now.
My uncle has a slow growing cancer.
