Ohlordy, I'm still temping, but only because I had a chemical pregnancy last month and I'm scared this one might be too. I want to see my temps rising - and if I get a big drop, I know what's going on. I want another week of high temps and positive tests and then I'm stopping as I'll be past where it happened last month.

I said I wasn't going to test again until tomorrow, but I can't help myself. Did another FRER this morning and the positive line is slightly darker than yesterday's. My temp is still climbing too. I'm not out yet but I definitely want to see a much darker line before I feel comfortable. 13dpo today.

Yesterday's test on the top, today's on the bottom. I'm not imagining that the line is a bit stronger, am I? They both look really faint in this picture but they're stronger to the eye. This is a shitty ipad camera.

Hi, I'd you have a short luteal phase (10 days) should I test earlier or later than average? I always see people poas at about 10dpo and say that's early but that would be when at is due for me. Does that make sense?

I'm only 5 dpo and impatient already!

Nutella, I wouldn't test any earlier. It will still take a similar amount of time for the egg to fertilise, implant and for production of HCG to kick in at a level you can detect.

You're lucky in a way as you'll have more of an idea sooner, if AF is late for you, but I reckon you'll get exactly the same test results as the rest of us with longer luteal phases if you test at 10dpo.

So I bit the bullet and went to the dr. As I thought was out of catchment so had to go to my local practice. Can't book in until next Friday as a new patient. Can't get an apt anywhere with anyone it would seem. So was talking to the dr receptionist and she said so how many do you need to book in for...8 I replied. Oh lord the whole queue groaned. I asked if there was any way of hurrying me an apt up as I was pg. More groaning from the queue and receptionist just rolled her eyes. I have to call at 2.15 and make an apt as a temporary patient. She asked my address and I told her!!! Oh she goes you live next door to me. Suddenly started being nice. So the upshot is my neighbours know I'm pregnant and therefore so will all the other neighbours and basically the whole of Eastbourne before I know it. Cats out the bag!!!! And the worst bit is I live next door to a Dr receptionist!!!! Argh!!!!

Snap dreaming - I had a BFN this morning after dreaming of a BFP. My AF isn't due till tomorrow as well, do I guess we are still in with a chance.

I'm feeling really nauseous today and have been a little bit sick. SYMPTOM? Or a side affect from yesterday's flu jab?!
