What are the risk for the baby if TTC at 39?

I am 38 and just got married for the second time. I have 2 DSs aged 6 and 4 and DH has two DCs aged 11 and 8. We have talked about having a child together and are currently undecided as to whether we will try to have our own as we already have enough on our plate. If do we decide to try then we would probably do so next summer when I am 39 (my birthday is in July). So, assuming I got pregnant before too long, I would be 39 or just 40 when I give birth. What are the risks for the baby if I TTC at this age? I would want to have all tests possible at 12 weeks but can they test for everything?

If you have an amnio they can give you a definitive answer on whether the major genetic conditions (down's, edwards, patau) are present. I am honestly not sure if they do a complete sequence but I think they do. The odds of DS are around 1/100 at age 40. I'm not sure about the other trisomies.

I don't think absolutely everything is tested for via amnio unless there are specific concerns - e.g., cystic fibrosis, Tay Sachs etc.
