Sounds good to me want - our toddler wakes stupid o clock so mine will definitely be early morning! I've convinced myself I'm just imagining stuff because I want it so bad. If it's a bfn, I shan't be defeated and will try to tell myself that it's just not my time in October. try being the key word....

By the way Sparkle when you said yesterday about it hurting when you sneezed, I nearly responded to say definite symptom because you do get those sorts of pains as your womb gets bigger! Getting up from the sofa quickly and sneezing can cause very odd pains!

Mzzzf - I've just noticed we'll be Halloween cycle pals if I've managed to cook up an egg! Fx for haunting BFPs... I've already gone on record saying it's my favourite festival of the year! Hellz yeah!!

Spinning I set my alarm for 11:00 (5am GMT) this morning and made it up at 12:00 so that wasn't too bad. Am trying to go easy on myself as jetlag has a big impact on your natural rhythm so will be working on it incrementally! Luckily it's the weekend so perfectly entitled to late nights and lie-ins

Lucie - not sure what other tests you should be going for. You've had AMH already right? Anything else? I had two full hormonal blood tests (day 3 and then another one later in the cycle) which diagnosed my PCOS (FSH/LH/estrogen/testosterone) but it doesn't sound from your regular cycles that you have that - frankly the scan is likely to be the most informative. Good luck, let us know how you get on! Whilst I totally know that it is a bit scary, knowledge is definitely power

Thanks Chandlers, I've only had the amh blood test and that's it so I will definitely ask them about doing the others as well I just want to get everything checked. Am also going to enquire about the due test as well. I've heard it can slightly increase pregnancy chances by cleaning everything out so that's a bonus!

Ok, it's CD18 here and my opk is now blank, seriously nothing, nada, not even a squinter... I have one sore nipple and one spot on my neck, both on my right hand side. I also had a ridiculous amount of cm and some cramps yesterday... Could it be at all possible that I could have got my high/ovulated overnight and therefore the test I took yesterday morning (which was slightly stronger than normal but not quite a positive) just caught the end of the LH surge? Or does it sound more like my body has geared up for ovulation but then not quite happened? I am so confused. Should I keep testing?

It sounds like it's all to play for then Lucie. What is the due (dye?) test? I've not heard a lot about it, what happens?

Butterfly - what leads you to think you may have PCOS, aside from the long cycles?

Think I'm around 6dpo here, not overly sure tbh, trying to be all relaxed about it as its our first cycle, which I really was, until I realised I'm in the tww and now I can't stop symptom spotting!

Sorry chandlers yes I meant dye. It's called a hsg test and they basically inject dye into the uterus and do an X-ray to check that it flows through Fallopian tubes etc. It's supposed to check for blockages, damage, twists in tubes etc and they say pushing the dye through and help clear out any gunk!

Yay sparkle! So pleased for you! We defo needed another bfp and this is sure to be the start of another flurry.

I got another bfn today, 10dpo. As well as poas I am also addicted to googling "hcg levels in early pregnancy", checking the countdown to pregnancy website, and now I'm frantically searching for the chart I found yesterday which told me hcg levels by dpo with different columns for different implantation days. I reckon if I haven't got AF or bfp by next Tuesday (14dpo) I will splash out on a proper test rather than my IC hpts.

Welcome to all newcomers, though I don't think I can help with anyone trying to avoid poas (tranquillity) because I have been every day since 3dpo!

I'm now convinced that I'll get my bfp on Sunday morning, when dp lies in bed while I go to church with my family. The chances of me actually keeping my mouth shut if it happens is pretty small! Also, my mum has an amazing talent of knowing exactly what I'm thinking so I reckon she'd guess anyway.

Finally (and sorry for the epic post), I picked my dniece2 up from the childminder yesterday (she's 14 months) and so was so gorgeous, it made me want a child even more than ever! I know I'm lucky cos I get to spend so much time with my nieces and nephew, but I think it isn't helping my craziness.

I'm on another study day today so working from home. Just started a course at work this week.it finishes early june so hopefully i will just be able to finish it.

Cycle 5
Taking folic acid, 2000mg epo (had increased this month from 1000mg previous months), cough medicine from cd6 to cd13.
Used cb dual hormone and ic opks. Three days of flashey smiley from cd10, solid smiley cd13. Pos ic opk on cd12 and 13. So probably ov on cd13 or 14.
Dtd cd 7, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 16.
Used soft cups for the first time this cycle. They only arrived cd13 and used them 3 times.
No symptoms until yesterday when i felt like I was going mad. Twinges, pulling and aching in my abdomen. And yes when i sneezed it was sore in my abdomen. I thought that i was going crazy when i googled it but it is actually common.
I think that is my stats. So excited that i am getting to write them. Fx for a sticky bean
