There is always hope, Sunbathing. If this does turn out to be a dodgy test or something and I'm not expecting, then I will be sad but not defeated and will hope for success next cycle. Even though my husband says no more than he says yes. ;)

Here's a picture of my test. It's so hard to see on the photo - can you ladies see it at all? It really is easier in real life, I'm certain I'm not a loon and it is really there.

Sunbathing - that sounds really positive! Have you done your HPT yet? I've had masses of sticky white CM for the past four or five days too.

tinkletink I have looked at your test and I can see something there. On that site you can invert the colours and you can really see it there but I could see something on the normal photo too (when tilting the laptop screen back). I would advise against getting a digital test yet though as they are not as sensitive. Best of luck to you.

Sorry SunbathingCat I know it is a disappointment to get a BFN especially when your body isn't acting as it should. At least this way you can be sure it is down to ovulation and can act accordingly to dtd. If this cycle comes to nothing then I would also recommend charting your temperature to track ovulation that way.

Spending the weekend with our 6 month old niece and bro/sis in law who are staying with us again before returning to UK on Monday. Absolutely lovely spending time with a baby and DH is getting some practice/confidence-building time in! I was worried about being a bit envious but have been really enjoying it actually. The only thing I'm feeling is just how much your life is totally dominated by a baby!! Phew!! Hasn't put us off but certainly enjoying our 'freedom' more in the process of TTC.

Hmm in boots looking at vits. Anyone know what dose of eve primrose to take there r 1000 or 500. And I can't see any vit b do people take that?

I can see a faint line tinkle fx for a stronger line if you test again tomorrow.

I had a positive opk again this morning so we dtd again, will try tomorrow too, then I guess it's a waiting game.

I've been taking 2x 500mg katybear. Only 99p for 65 in lidl!

katybear I get vit b in boots own multivit 're-energise' effervescent tablets (make dp take them too to replenish zinc lost when dtd).
Btw i read only take epo until you ovulate.

Thanks oh Lordy and sunbathing. I now have a full armoury 4 next month if no bfp. Cbfm, eve primrose till ov, cough medine, and vit b after. Will also keep taking folic acid and vit d. I might rattle when dtd but hopefully it will b worth while!!! Still haven't given up all hope of bfp but I like a plan b

Katy- ONLY take evening primrose oil from cd1 until day of ovulation if you take it after ovulation and you are preganant you could miscarry!!!

I am staying away from poas at the moment, i don't think il test to the day af is due, one month i went through 5 pregncay tests and the deflation on seeing it being negative was horrible, still got that crampy feeling, a lot more discharge than yesterday.

my main worry is last moth i began spotting brown blood a week before AF was due and convinced it was implantation bleeding, so i am hoping that if i do bleed this month then its for the right reasons , but if it happens like last month i think il try vit b complex,

will you be staying away from the sticks?

I said I would be good and not test till af is late after my bfn on Thursday. Which I have stuck too...but I have been frantically googling the stats of getting a false negative at 12dpo. I must stay away from Google as well as piss sticks!!!!

Oh no. I think I spoke too soon yesterday. I feel like a right moron.

Tested this morning - the mark is no darker at all. Not giving up hope (perhaps foolishly) but will leave myself undeclared to husband until I get either my period or a proper dark line. (If not within two more days I'll cave and get a different kind of test. I'm only on DPO12 so my brain is being a tad naive and telling me it's reasonable to have a really faint mark at this stage.)

If you think the TWW is bad it doesn't get better, I'm not just waiting to be sure this sticks and waiting to see my doctor. Then I'll be waiting to be able to tell my family lol!

katy oh you can get variations in cm for sure! Plenty get BFP with dry or no cm, fx for you! Xx

tickle what brand of test are you using? The IC I'm using are still giving faints but FRER gave me a good strong pink line.
