This is my first time temping but after yesterday temp drop I've had another temp drop to below baseline... I think this means I'm probably about to get AF, I'll still test tomorrow but not feeling as optimistic anymore. I had so many blooming 'symptoms' this month too! (Just like I did last month, which is why I promised I wouldn't symptom spot). I did take today's temp 2 hours before yesterday's one, I don't know it this would make a difference though, any of you ladies know about that one?

Oh man I'm so confused!

My body is driving me mad!

AF is always the same for me in that it starts with brown gunk. Quickly followed by full AF. Always. ALWAYS.

So AF due today. 24 hours ago I got some very light pink spotting on wiping. Definitely vaginal. I popped a finger inside to see but nothing came back. Usually would get the brown stuff if its AF related. Since then I've had further very light pink spotting just on wiping.

Had nothing but BFN's on FRER, cb digi and IC's.

I'm sure I'm not pregnant. So why is my body fucking around this month!!!!! GRRRRRR!

Just get AF done with already. :(

well it looks like i have been booted off the bus, spotting has turned into red blood so think af is here, i am 5 days early, i can only think my body is still getting to grips from being off the pill, wishing you all bfp and will be back to see how you all get on

I've woken up with a horrible headache - usually a sure sign AF will hit in the next couple of days
if nothing I think I'll test Friday morning just in case a miracle has occurred as we are away with friends over the weekend.

Detective - no AF is no AF! Try to stay positive. But I agree, if AF is coming you just want it to come and get gone again.

God symptom spotting is stupid. I am stupid for even noticing anything. I am only 5 DPO, there ain't nothing doing! I just need to distract myself FGS.
(This doesn't apply to the rest of you - I just need a stern talking to.)

I took my last b/c pill on 27th July and started my Sanatogen Mum to Be vitamins the next day. For the past 2 and a bit weeks I have had non stop cramping (mild and sometimes quite sore), abdominal and back pain and a little nausea. I figured this was my body kickstarting again and gearing up for ovulation. I've also heard the vits can make you a little nauseous at the beginning too so I wasn't too worried.

I felt that I had ovulated on 9th July as cramping/back pain was there and I had ewcm and there was lots of it.

However, on 15th my boobs started to ache so I bought some ovulation predictor sticks as I read this was a sign of ovulation. Took one that evening and it was negative. Over the weekend my nipples got sorer and I still had cramping and what felt like a stitch.

Yesterday was the first day I have felt 'normal', no cramps but lots and lots of ewcm, I feel very wet down there today also. So I took an ovulation test this morning and it was positive. My nipples are a little sensitive today but not really sore any more.

Could I have just ovulated? Or did I ovulate a few days ago and have missed my window? As this is the first cycle off b/c pill I really am not sure. Any ideas?

I'm def no expert Teenie but have you tried taking a pregnancy test?

I came off b/c pills and got pregnant straight away with my first pregancy. Sore boobs were the biggest symptom I remember!

Also I heard that OPK tests can show up positive if you are pregnant. But I don't want to get your hopes up so I hope someone more knowledgable can help!

Good morning ladies. So sorry to those with BFN's and those who either have af or are due to soon .

I am 3dpo today according to fertility friend and the countdown to pregnancy website. Whilst I am thrilled at the fact that both sites have been able to identify ovulation this cycle, I am a bit as I was 3dpo yesterday too. Apparently my temp increasing for 4 days has pushed my ovulation date forward 24 hours (although it doesn't seem bothered if my temp increases again tomorrow). As if the tww isn't hard enough as it is lol.

Thanks Jackie, yes I took one of the very cheap (dip stick style) pregnancy tests this morning and it was negative.

Hi tennie - I wish I could tell you but I am lost as you. cycle 1 off pill was 51 days, cycle 2 25 days, cycle 3 24 days today - I think I ovulated about cd13-15 so 9-11 dpo but this is only based on how I felt.
I had ewcm day 22 no idea if this was a sign I only ovulated then - I hope not but I guess I will know in the next few days.

grandwitch sorry it pushed you out - the tww is a shocker I am hoping I am nearly at the end of mine but with this odd ewcm as I mention above who know :-(

OrangutanThang - 31, ttc1 and cycle4. Hoping for BFP on either 26/8 (acc. to my app) or 31/8 (two weeks from ov). I never realised how complicated it is to conceive tbh but since coming off the pill it has been a real education for me. I'm a bit obsessed with the 'sperm meets egg' videos on YouTube at the moment!

Symptom spotting continues here. I am bloated, starving, metal taste, and occasional strong sense of smell. no idea is this is af related or preg related. I am off to hunt down first response test this afternoon for tomoz just in case my asda tests aren't sensitive enough

Thanks Katy! Yes it's all very complicated, especially when you're not sure what's happening with your cycle due to coming off pill. I am on cd25 here. I guess if my first cycle is going to be a little longer, it's very possible I could have just ovulated now... Was just wondering if anyone had similar or any suggestions.

I guess I'll just stick to the 'every other day' rule until AF does or doesn't come.

Hi Tennie - yep that sounds v sensible. I guess I must have ovulated in first cycle but goodness know when I did. I didn't have any symptoms until 5-6 days before AF and then had horrible cramps but that was it.

cycle 2 I thought I felt a soft ovulation which looks about right on timing of af.

cycle 3 I think I felt ovulation - guess I will know soon

This is how crap these onestep sensitive tests are, finally at 13dpo (five days later after my FRER BFP) a reasonable line. Every day before it was a faint line and then a line but still not very dark lol! Don't bother with them, I would have rather used FRER sooner and less often than buy these again.

Literally just using them to check progression. Sorry to all those getting AF, I feel like a few more BFP's are on the way though!
