Af has definitely arrived now, bang on cue at least. Didn't feel even remotely pregnant so not a surprise. But I do feel cheated if I don't even get one test in. At least it was 28 days this time and not 40ish or whatever it was last time.

Having another pot luck month this month. Got a holiday booked at the end of July and then hopefully moving when we get back.

The stress levels are going to reduce hugely soon. Dh has finally agreed to a ed phsych report for his son. Dss lives with us and has done for 4 years. It has been the hardest 4 years of my lifeSad. 3 of which I've didn't quite ill. All the problems I've got are exacerbated by stress. Last week I just knew I couldn't continue any longer burying my head in the sand. After speaking with them today they believe he's Aspergers. He's 14. I've found a weekly boarding school for him that specialises in that area and can give him the structure he needs. I've probably not mentioned this before, but with everything else going his behaviour has tipped the balance. The daily phone calls from school and constant lack of understanding. What do I know, I'm not him mum! No I'm just the woman who brought him up because his mother couldn't be bothered with the effort. I know he's going to excel in that structured routine. And then we can focus on him better at weekends. Everyone is on board, finally.

I'm going to have a different life soon. I feel like I can breathe finally.

EnglishGirlsReturned · 03/07/2014 22:24

Will be thinking of you tomorrow Spinning. My due date is fast approaching.... We actually fly on the that day so hopefully the excitement of holiday will get me through. And with a bit of luck I'll be upduffed before the second due date comes around.... Take it easy tomorrow. Enjoy some wine and chocolate.

I'm soo bloody busy with work at the moment. It's good because I'm not thinking about stuff too much but Jesus I'm shattered! Off to bed I hop. Good luck anyone hoping to poas tomorrow Smile

laurano81 · 03/07/2014 22:57

Fx Treacle I really hope you are pregnant x sweet dreams

mrscog · 03/07/2014 23:27

Crap. Didn't DTD this evening and now I can feel OV pains but DH is asleep. DTD last night though and can tomorrow night, but that might be too late by then.... Should I wake DH is the question!!

MsKittyKat123 · 03/07/2014 23:30

Sending you hugs MrsE you've had a lot to contend withand difficult decisions to make, but it sounds as though things are starting to improve for everyone & most importantly your stress levels!

No AF for me yet.........but alas two BFN's! I actually had myself convinced I was maybe, possibly pg but after hearing results from GP it's very unlikely I have ovulated in the last three months. I think vodka will be consumed this weekend!

laurano81 · 03/07/2014 23:42

mrscog any chance of DTD in the morning?

misskitty fx af stays away x I had hormone tests done a few months ago. Was it the 7dpo test, that made you think you hadn't ovulated? My progesterone was 44.3 7po x

laurano81 · 03/07/2014 23:45

*7dpo - or CD 21 tests as they are also known asâ?¦but not everyone ovulates on CD14, so I had them done CD 25, as I ovulated CD 18 Smile

MsKittyKat123 · 03/07/2014 23:54

Yes Laura it was the CD21 tests, my levels are very low less than 10. Keep trying to reassure myself that they may be testing at wrong time, I have taken a couple of months off from OPK (because it turns me into a crazy lady lol) x

laurano81 · 04/07/2014 00:03

misskitty Perhaps they took it too early, & that's why it was lowâ?¦my acupuncturist said that it should be called a 7dpo test, not a CD 21 test, as women ovulate at different times in their cycle. Opk's would help narrow down when it occurs. Temping also shows that ovulation occurs. fx they took it too soon x

Teadrinkerandatinker · 04/07/2014 00:53

Me and OH have decided if its BFP i'll work through the PG and money go towards the baby :) but if i'm not we wont be trying again untill im at least 25 i said 30 but he is obsessed with me being PG by 25 he doesnt want to be an "old" daddy Confused cos he's 27 atm but chances are ill be on a TTC in a few yrs when your all long gone Sad

notoasthere · 04/07/2014 06:10

Sending love spinninv

mrse oh that all sounds terribly stressful. I hope that the new school and structure do him the world of good and it allows you all the opportunity for a break.

treacle I have everything v firmly crossed for you

kitty vodka always help I find - for a short time anyway!

tea you are both young, he certainly won't be an 'old' dad! My DH is 45 this year and I wouldn't say he was an old dad either Wink

Morning all! My brown spotting seems to have settled, thank goodness. Off to soft play with ds today, not sure how I'm going to get on with the nausea but let's hope I don't lose my lunch im the ball pit!

Nordicmom · 04/07/2014 06:45

Aaargh 12 dpo and back to a bfn :(. I can't stop peeing though so the test was only a few hours after going to loo . In any case feeling :( now !

KittyVonCatsington · 04/07/2014 06:46

I'm not too fond of soft play, when I take my neices and nephews notoast so I give my full sympathy with you having nausea-hope it goes well!!

V glad your DSS is being assessed MrsE as it will mean steps being taken to help him cope with day to day schedules. I've taught plenty of children with varying degrees of Aspergers but never in a home environment. No wonder you've been so stressed over the past few years-yet again, living up to your name!!! Sorry about AF but it is nice when the cycle is a little back to normal. So glad you have a holiday booked, hopefully that will be the catalyst needed to engage in regular and relaxing DTD Grin

Hope you'll be okay today spinning (((hugs))) your way.

It's great you are taking about the future tea - something me and DH need to do more often! I love that I'm one of the 'old' ones at 33 (totally get what you're saying) but I don't regret waiting till now to TTC. Hopefully everything will sort itself out for you Grin

My temp went down to 36.60 this morning (windows open and barely any covers is my excuse) but still just above what might be my coverline.
Let's see what tomorrow is. Other SYMPTOMS are tender boobs, although not sore nipples like last cycle and a pulling/burning sensation around left ovary area. Also managed to DTD this morning. FX!!!!!!

KittyVonCatsington · 04/07/2014 06:48

What did you pee on Nordic? Remember HCG levels take 48hrs to rise xxxx you are still v early. Foscars lovely line was at 18dpo so there is hope!

Treaclepie19 · 04/07/2014 06:49

Fingers crossed kitty!

I had another temp spike today. My chart is starting to look a but triphasic like it did when I was pregnant. Clutching on straws here.

I wish I could poas!

notoasthere · 04/07/2014 06:57

treacle sounds promising! do you use ff to chart?

nordic Sad Sad but there's still a good chance if af isn't here, don't give up just yet

MrsExtraOrdinary · 04/07/2014 07:19

Thanks ladies. Dss's story is heartbreaking. I won't go into it too deeply but he arrived at our door without even a coat on, it was freezing. No suitcase with clothes, no comforting teddy, Nothing. It's been a very traumatic situation to deal with. To begin with his dad was guilt ridden his mother had abandoned him.(because his mother did the same to him) Dss sisters remained with their mum. Dh couldn't face what might be the matter. But he has now. I know money doesn't solve everything, but in our situation we are lucky enough to bypass the system that appears to be failing children with special needs. This new school will teach him how to cope and recognise what to do in social situations, where he previously has made bad choices due to his lack of understanding of others needs and feelings.

I think in our area specifically if they can sweep it under the carpet they will unfortunately kitty. There just isn't funding for anything anymore.
