Hopefully this thread is as successful as our last with a big BFP bonanza!

DH says she has very good taste in women and I should be flattered.

But I'm not! I am so not.

Just been on an eating marathon this evening. Was so hungry so I just ate and ate and ate! Rele regret it now
AF due tomorrow, no signs of her. Don't feel like she's on her way at all but ya never know! Fx she stays away and Fridays testing is a success :)

SIL rang earlier. DH told her what I had said. She said that was not what she meant. She meant lucky you as in both of us, having sex because it is so long since she did.
She doesn't fancy me. Now I am embarrassed and put out why doesn't she fancy me? Am I not attractive? and annoyed with DH for getting the message wrong as usual

I told my boss yesterday because a) I feel bad planning projects for next year that I won't deliver and b) I am really not at my best at work at the moment and I don't want him to think I'm slacking! Have told him I don't want HR involved yet though! Because that would make it real!

Hey everyone!

Just thought I'd check in and say hi. AF is definitely on its way for me again this month so looks like I'll be onto cycle 5 soon... Not feeling too bad about it as I had a horrible sick bug during some of my fertile week. It was really nice not worrying about ovulating or stressing about symptoms (although obviously I couldn't switch off my 'symptom spotting' brain completely!). However one of my best friends just told me she's pregnant on her first month ttc, and she only started trying because I told her it could take awhile! Feeling happy for her but a bit sorry for myself.

Next month will be a good one though as we're going on a romantic glamping break in a really secluded part of the country (during ov time) so hopefully that might do the trick!

Bears, glad you could tell your boss, I found that makes work a lot easier

Popple, fingers crossed that that is your month, but your not out until AF shows. I know how you feel about being told someone is pregnant, I still have difficulties with that I spose it is just because most people assume it is going to be safe and I kind of wish I could have that innocence too.

Thanks Bears :) and telling ur boss was a good thing! I find it rele helps lift something's off ur shoulder at work.

Bears I found work much easier once my boss knew shes still a bit of cow but the appointments etc are much easier if work know .
There is no reason why some people fall pregnant straight away its very unfair !! I concieved on cycle 5 and you trip away sounds blissful so fx !!

Waiting for my tests to come through the post today. Need so much will power not to test!! The fact I can't test with fmu anymore is helping put me off testing hahaa :p

It's very faint but will test again on Friday so keeping my fingers tightly crossed!!! Won't tell DH till his bday on Monday!!! :)

They were Internet cheapie ones!!!!
But it was very faint but I can deffo see it! Came up in the time frame as well!!! I'm in town today so getting digitalis and will do one on Friday and save one for DH's bday to show him as a pressie! OMG!! So hope this is real!!!!!!!!

Mrspopple I'm into cycle 4 now (AF just finishing) so quite similar to you. I've had a couple of friends too who have fallen pregnant on the first cycle (one claims the very first time they dtd without contraception!) which is infuriating to listen to. But I've also spoken to two others who said they got their bfp after 6 months, so we're not abnormal by any means!

It took 2 months for my periods to come back after I came off the pill (mini pill, they'd stopped completely) and even though they've been more or less regular since then, I do wonder if my body is still getting itself back to normal.

Ladies you are by no way abnormal !! I think its quite normal for it to take a while, you have to come of contraception then get into a cycle and then know all about the art of timing !! Took me and dh at least 2 months before we realised you actually have to try . Pay no attention to these one shag wonders , freaks of nature !!

Im 13 dpo!!!! Just done another one on a 4 hour hold n I see a line!!! Omg 2 tests now!!! Brough digitals so do one Friday and one Monday to wrap up for DH!!!! Omg I'm so happy !! It's finally happened!! And yep it's being kept well secret till his bday I swear! Will go docs Friday n get it confirmed. Omg I'm in shock so bad!!! I didn't think it'd happen I rele didn't! Please don't give up hope ladies please. It'll happen I promise.

I'm in shock. Can't believe the 2nd test had the same result!!
