laurano well he is normally very loud so it would be nice. and amusing when he tries to take customer orders Wink fx to everyone for today x

notoasthere · 18/06/2014 04:56

Yawn. Up at 4 with the toddler. No sign of ovulation either - typical the first month I need to know when it is, it goes a bit awol. CD 12 - I've only been having 25 day cycles the past couple of months so would expect it soon.

Has anyone been thinking about their next birth? I had s third degree tear last time and I'm already pondering delivery options

ChandlersFarang · 18/06/2014 05:48

Massive congrats Kim & mini for the BFPs!! Yes!! Love reading back over good news. Spinning that's so gutting about the lasagne, I hate life when shit like that goes down!! Glad your DP has realised he's got some making up to do!!

Well ladies I'm out for this cycle. AF certainly chooses her moments, turned up accompanied with some major backache and cramps just as I was boarding a 12 hour flight. So that was real fun! Was on my own as DH is flying back on Friday after work. Sat next to some poor nice man who was very diplomatically not noticing me losing my shit crying at all the films I was watching, and wriggling around, up and down to the loo... Ha.

At least i know where I stand - review of my third cycle being: I discovered I have polycystic ovaries (although hopefully not full-blown PCOS), I have very clear post-OV symptoms for 5 days and my LP went down to 9 days from 10 in the last two (argh!). Gonna lay off the Pregnacare and just take frolic this cycle to see if that helps.

In more exciting life news - the weather in the UK is amazing, here for 3 glorious weeks, and I'm going to Glastonbury NOT PREGNANT next week with all my best buddies I've missed dearly since Xmas!! GrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrin

ChandlersFarang · 18/06/2014 05:50

PS: I have a bad case of jetslag - it was light at bloody 04:00!! You won't see that when you get to Thailand, trust me. The dark/light times don't change all year!! Dunno how you lot with little kids cope, it's broad daylight so early!!

ChandlersFarang · 18/06/2014 05:59

Oooh hang on... What's this I re-read... POAS party happening TODAY?! Eeeeeep! Fx for all of you partygoers!!!GrinThanks

spinningirl10 · 18/06/2014 06:15

Morning Grin

Feeling much better today after my mini meltdown last night!
I couldn't resist poas (ic) bfn.....stomach feels bloated and have af type feelings going on but I will continue to poas daily until the witch arrives!

Chandler, pleased you arrived safely but boo to af coming with you. Will you go back to the fertility clinic next time you ov? I am so jealous you're going to Glastonbury. i really wanted to go but getting tickets is a military operation I think!!

Tooth, how are you today? Hope you're feeling a bit better.

Anyone else poas? Genni have you resisted?

theonewiththenoisychild · 18/06/2014 08:02

couldnt resist poas this morning and got a bfn. its a ic so im just going to wait until sunday and see what it says then if af still hasnt shown up

Chococroc · 18/06/2014 08:24

I'm out for June, AF made an appearance this morning, one day late so just enough time to get my hopes up before dashing them, bah! :(

sparkle17 · 18/06/2014 08:38

Sorry that af arrived chandler. I'm sure you will have a great time at Glastonbury. Keep poas spinning it could be too early.
My boobs are still sore 4 days now. Af due on monday. I've not told dh that I want to test at the weekend. Will try and hold out for sunday. Just looked at stats misty you are exactly age same as me same age as well! Good luck.

MrsExtraOrdinary · 18/06/2014 08:41

I'm sorry spinning! That's super pants Sad

dh is doing the school run I might actually see some penisdragon action when he gets home! I've not been testing ov and god knows where I am in my cycle, it seems to now have a mind of its own and no pattern at all.

woodlandwanderwoman · 18/06/2014 08:54

Morning ladies, wanted to pop by and see how everyone is. Such a long wait.

I am symptom spotting like crazy here, I am now 7dpo and have another 12 days til af is due but have woken up this morning with slightly fuller and tingly boobs. Also, I seem to have lost my taste for ?? which is unheard of!! No other symptoms other than occasional mild queasiness (like sea sickness) in tummy from time to time.

Is it too early and a complete coincidence for these things to be signs?!

I actually tested yesterday, more as a "control" test to make sure I wasn't pg from last month and it was, as expected, a bfn.

Does anyone have any experience of the early tests working? I'd still have a few days to wait thoughHmm

Good luck to you all and hope the witches stay away today

woodlandwanderwoman · 18/06/2014 08:54

That was meant to say Wine

gennibugs · 18/06/2014 09:01

Morning all

spinning and theone if you used ics then it's probably too early to see a bfp. I managed to resist - well only because we overslept and it was a mad panic to the station. only realised when I got on the train feeling sick (probably because I was so hot from rushing). I'll try to hold out until Friday I think.

choc and chandler sorry AF got you. Enjoy being back chandler and Glastonbury! Here's to July for you both

kurama hope you are feeling better soon.

I'm re watching gavin and Stacey at the moment on my I pad. I'm at the bit where they find out they might not be able to have children. I was weeping on the train watching it, I think people thought I was mad Sad

MustBeDueSomeBetterFeet · 18/06/2014 09:03

OK, I'm out AF arrived this morning!! Onto July...

fattycow · 18/06/2014 09:15

Boo for all the ladies that got their period! Sad

I still have bouts of feeling nauseous. It was there this morning, but I have that nearly every morning, so doesn't mean much. I also had it just now, I even felt my stomach turn a little...
The Clear Blue digital should arrive today. I collected my pee this morning, so I think I will test this afternoon. Maybe this is very silly, but do you need to keep your pee in the fridge until testing? And if so, can you test in cold pee or do you have to wait until it warms up a bit again? Blush

gennibugs · 18/06/2014 09:29

Good luck fattycow let us know how you get on.

good luck for July mustbedue

I'm very hot today, DH commented last night that I was burning to touch.....SYMPTOM??? Grin

fattycow · 18/06/2014 09:41

Thanks gennibugs!

I am at work and am doing absolutely nothing. I just cannot concentrate on work. Thankfully I'm alone in an office, as otherwise everyone would notice. I work with all men, which is good because they don't tend to gossip or take too close a look. If I do get a bfp, I think I can easily hide it for a few weeks.

kurama · 18/06/2014 10:12

thanks genni I hope so too. need to be on top form for my lil sis 18th party on sat Wink sorry for those af got Sad

gennibugs · 18/06/2014 10:40

3 people in my team at work announced their pregnancies this morning.
And another friend sent me an email of her scan announcing her pregnancy just now.

I'm really happy for them all but I feel so desolate and a bit jealous if I'm honest. trying to hold it together to have a cry when I get home. They all said they fell in the first 2 months of trying. I don't understand why some are so lucky and others aren't. I know 6 cycles this year and the cycles we tried previously are still nothing compared to some lovely ladies on here, but today I feel hopeless and like it will never happen. I feel like the next person close to me to announce will tip me over the edge (except you lovely ladies of course).

sorry for the indulgent miserable post - I feel low today. No idea why.

notoasthere · 18/06/2014 10:52

fattycow unrefrigerated, room temp wee is just fine

notoasthere · 18/06/2014 10:54

Sending you a very un mumsnetty hug genni. There has been 8 pregnancies announced in my friendship group so far, and it is hard! Especially when I work with newborns too!

notoasthere · 18/06/2014 11:46

Oooh, and we are off. Positive opk this morning

Threnody · 18/06/2014 11:49

Wow - you can't wander off for a day here - so much happens!

Congrats Kimswan and Minilop!

Laura - hope you are feeling ok.

spinning men can be so useless sometimes!

genni - hugs - jealousy is totally fine - I've been jealous of people I work with announcing they're pregnant when I couldn't even persuade my DH to start trying!

Sorry to those got by AF.

FX everyone waiting!

If anyone wants my stats...

Ov'd at CD16, dtd 12, 13 and 16.
Symptoms were I started getting gassy, tender boobs and sensitive nipples, feeling really tired and waking up an hour early - all at about 4/5dpo - and it didn't go away.
Had a really warm, burning feeling at 7dpo. Got impatient and poased at 8dpo - way too early!
9dpo discovered I'd really gone off the taste of melon.
Poased at 11dpo on a frer with fmu - bfp! No line on ic though. Got a line on a Waitrose own brand later in the day.
I poased again yesterday (12dpo), so DH could be informed without telling me off for doing it without him! Slightly faint but definitely there line on a Boots own brand - only got the slight hint of a line on the ic though.
Got a couple of sticks left, so may POAS again in a couple of days to see if it is darker!

Called the drs to make my first appointment too - though was told I don't need one, and they'll get the midwife to contact me! All still feels very surreal.
