cupcake It is but you'll never compete with a play station. Like I'll never compete with a vintage panini sticker. Some things are just truths in life!

There is always tomorrow morning cup Smile

Wish I could say things are better this morning.
I've literally been woken up all night as DH has taken all the bed up and I've been near to rolling off the edge. He's shouted at me every time I've tried to move him over a bit so I didn't fall off. Then now at 5am he pushed me off and then shouted at me even more so I'm now downstairs at 5am not even allowed in my own bed! :@ I'm so angry!!! Why is he so horrible?

LuluJakey1 · 13/06/2014 06:18

cupcake That's a horrible way for him to treat you. Are you OK?

Seriously, you shouldn't put up with it. He can't just get away with for that kind of disrespectful behaviour. You deserve so much better than that.

Will he be sorry when he wakes up? Or will he think it was an OK way to behave?

Morning ladies!

I'm sorry for the sad evening you had, cupcake. Hope things will be better today! My husband invited me to dinner yesterday, to celebrate the good news. We were both a bit unconfortable, thinking about all the changes we would have to do (buy a bigger car, choose a name, stop sleeping all along the week end, etc.) but also very excited! When I had to order, I realise I didn't have any idea about the food I shoudn't eat now that I'm pregnant... I definitely need to inform myself!
Anyway, the road isn't over for us... Actually, I've a genetic disease and 50% chances to have transmitted it to the baby. We will have to do a lot of tests now and - maybe - be prepared to take some difficult decisions.

Thank you all girls for your lovely wishes! I'm convinced that this summer will be full of BFPs!!! Keep hoping and smiling and, above all - as a stranger met in holiday told me about my PhD: NEVER, EVER, GIVE UP!

LuluJakey1 · 13/06/2014 06:40

cupcake Hope you are OK. Brew Thanks

Cupcake92 · 13/06/2014 06:49

Steph, ull be so happy and so in love with ur baby no matter what :) and all the changes u have to make are so worth it!! I used to love sleep and slept in as much as possible, also I was out a lot. Now I wake up early do lots of child related things like the park, zoo, messy time etc and it's amazing! Wouldn't change it for the world!! :) plus it gives u an excuse to join in all the childrens activities haha!

and no, I doubt he'll be sorry this morning. He'll probably moan at me that I kept him awake no doubt! But I'm off to have my hair done this morning and so is DS. Hair appointment is at half 9 so we will be out before DH wakes up. I'm having more highlights put in :) and then a lovely coffee and cake with my mother.
Oh also, (DH is a smoker I've quit now but he hasn't) I've hidden his lighter!! So he'll be running around like a madman finding it whilst me and DS are out being pampered haha!! :D

Ducky23 · 13/06/2014 06:54

Ohhh cupcake DH sounds like he was a right twat last night Hmm I saw that programme was coming on and cried at the thought! I changed it over so quick Hmm

But HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA GrinGrinGrinGrin at hiding his lighter!!! Good move!

steph1204 · 13/06/2014 06:54

Hahaha, cupcake, I like the way you're dealing with the situation... To hide his lighter is a funny idea... but not sure he will appreciate when he'll find out...hum?

You're certainly right about all the changes that will happen, it worth it! At the moment, my worst worry is about the delivery...!

LuluJakey1 · 13/06/2014 06:56

cupcake Glad to see you're feeling a bit better. A bit of revenge is always helpful in lifting spirits.
Mine is always pathetic but I feel better. I ate the new Magnum ice cream bars when he was out but left the box so it looked like there was one left

Cupcake92 · 13/06/2014 06:59

I thought about that steph that's why I'll be out when he figures out I've hidden it :p

Sound strange but I liked labour haha! It was such an amazing experience noticing contractions etc, wasn't my ideal birthing plan as I was induced and then ended up having a csection but my next child I can't wait for the labour and birth, going to do it so different and I can't wait to go into labour at home :p

Cupcake92 · 13/06/2014 07:00

Lulu that's something I would do!! Haha! :D
Was it those Marc d champagne ones?
They are so nice! I could easily eat one now!!

poppet85 · 13/06/2014 07:26

Ah steph I had a little panic about things like that other day! I dont think its really dawned on DH yet !!
Cupcake what a night for you ! enjoy you day and having your hair done and cake !!

Ducky23 · 13/06/2014 07:27

Steph, obviously when I had dd it wasn't normal circumstances Hmm but I can imagine it being a fab experience in normal circumstances. I have even considered going pain relief free but I hae been told, as i am being induced and possibly having the drip (if things don't get started) then that may not be a good idea! Smile

DH is pissing me off recently, I'm so tierd all the time but I have to come home from work and do ALL the. Housework, he comes home and just sits on the sofa Hmm if I ask him todo anything he just moans saying he works harder than me and if a miracle happens and he actually helps he does a shit job on purpose so I just have to re do it. And he makes soo much mess Hmm sooo much. This morning I woke up to the bathroom COVERED in trimmed facial hair, towels and dirty clothes thrown all over the floor and an empty toilet roll, with the new one just thrown on the floor AngryAngryAngryAngryAngry

LuluJakey1 · 13/06/2014 07:32

cupcake Yes, the Marc de champagne ones Grin

poppet85 · 13/06/2014 08:15

I had quite bad stomach pains last night (think it was more constipation than anything !!)but it was enough to make me worry .Dh offered to make a cup of tea while eyes glued to the football eventually I decided I'll just make it and he did that thing he always does and says "no dont worry I'll do it " but he doesnt actually move !!

Ducky23 · 13/06/2014 08:25

Hope everything is ok poppet, I'm sure it's just wind! Blush

poppet85 · 13/06/2014 08:47

Yeah my main sympton seems to be diarrhea which I think is what my stomach pains are ,theres not any bleeding . Trust me to get the least glamorous sympton going but apparently its like morning sickness !! Confused

macmissy · 13/06/2014 10:55

Morning girlies!!

cupcake I have heard about that thing about dogs & I wouldn't have watched it either so I don't blame you. I love the fact you've hidden his lighter though - that's brilliant! I hope you having your hair done makes you feel amazing. I am getting mine done tomorrow so I can't wait. I love those Marc De Champagne Magnums & my friend informed me last night that they do a pink champagne one! Ooooh! Can't wait for that beaut to get into the shops!

So many BFP's now - I am so hopeful for my first week of July POAS. FX to all you wonderful ladies! Stay positive, this month WILL be yours!
Grin

Ducky23 · 13/06/2014 12:28

Ohhh I had that poppet Blush

KatoPotato · 13/06/2014 12:37

Have to say I'm loving the ovia website and app! Giving me lots of false hope though as it says my 'creamy white Cm' is a good indicator of conception!

It also says ive to POAS in four days (17th)? i had calculated the 19th-21st

BearsInMotion · 13/06/2014 12:48

I think we need another update as it's all moving so fast!

When did you bfp ladies start to notice any symptoms? I reckon I'm about 6 dpo right now and I don't have anything, but it's probably way too early!

Me624 · 13/06/2014 13:04

kato I use the Ovia app too and it's telling me I can test in 6 days, which is 4 days before AF is due! Seems to early to me so I plan to wait until the 21st when AF is actually due.
