MMC and what happens afterwards

Not sure what am looking for with this post, maybe advice or reassurance or just to know I'm not going mad...

I have a dd who is 2.5. She was conceived a month after coming off the pill. When we decided to try again around Xmas last year I fell pregnant our first month of trying and had a remarkably easy pregnancy until I started bleeding at 11 weeks, went to EPU and was told I'd had a MMC.

We waited until I'd had my first period and then started trying to conceive again, and we' re still trying three months later.

I know in the grand scheme of TTC three months is really nothing. But it was so easy to fall the first two times and maybe that's the problem (or at least why I feel so stressed) Since the MMC my cycle seems to have got progressively shorter (26 days, 24, then 22) and my periods have been extremely heavy- lots of clots and heavy bleeding for two/three days which then stops suddenly- this isn't normal for me.

I don't feel like this is worth bothering a GP with, and given it's only been three months I guess they'd say just wait. And I don't think I'm saying there's a huge problem or that I think there's going to be, but I don't really have anyone to ask questions of and am beginning to drive myself a bit mad symptom spotting and wondering when...

Thanks for getting to the end!

Sorry to hear about your MMC, I had one between DS and DD1.

Did you have an ERPC?

You don't mention your age at all.

It took me 3 months to conceive both DS and DD1, but 13 months with DD2, age was definitely a contributing factor.

Thanks AuditAngel I did have an ERPC. I'm 33 (and a bit!).
