Please do have a cry and let yourself wallow. At least for a little while. I know you will be desperate to get back what you lost as quickly as possibly, as that is how I felt. I also went through stages of feeling hopeful and determined, to feeling panicky, to feeling distraught. Wonderful posters, like English, we're a great source of comfort. I hope we can be to you too.

As English said, count this as CD1 but really, you don't know when your HCG levels will drop and until then, you won't ovulate. You may go back to normal in terms of when you ovulate, plenty do. You may even be super fertile now and conceive straight away. You might not. I'm still waiting to ovulate and I miscarried end of Feb. Because of this, you will be on an emotional rollercoaster so you need to give yourself some tlc. Tonight, get yourself some hot chocolate, maybe a warm bubble bath and snuggle up to DH. A big virtual hug tooth

Tooth I'm really really sorry for you! I've been through this three times now but still don't know what to say in these situations - whatever anyone said to me seemed inadequate...

My last MC was very early like you, I'd had a negative the day AF was due and was , then had the positive test 2-3 days after AF was due - that was Saturday and really and then when i did another one on the Monday and it was negative - so a real rollercoaster of emotions!... Was pregnant for just a few days and the GP didn't even count it as MC but as CP. But my next cycle was normal, so FX you get back to normal quickly too. Having said that though, even though physically was ok, mentally it hit me much harder than I thought it would and really crashed... So do take your time to recover!

So DH went to the hospital today. It's brain tumour so she has confused times and lucid times... She's in her early 50s so really sad. Not so much for me as I don't know her that well, but for DH and his mum... Thanks kitty and spinning for the s.

Will try and dtd tonight but not counting in it... Still there is hope for this month, so look forward POASing soon after genni, victoria and spinning.

I felt sick earlier today and was telling myself it's pre af hormones, due Saturday, now just had a wee before bed and my lord I thought the bubbles down the bleachy loo were going to erupt over the edge!!!!!....but you see I have not had sex even once, not even a sniff of a little swimmer, no not me, nadda! So I give you a phantom pg! I blame my cat!

7dpo like spinning. felt very sick this morning but think it was more tiredness than a symptom if I'm honest.

I really want to poas. I'm going to hold out though as I only have a frer and don't want to waste it.

Oh and someone finally got back to me re reflexology so will give that a bash for June, if nothing else it should relax me!

Reflexology sounds good Genni, make sure you report back. I keep thinking about it! I have a stash of ic but trying to hold off till at least 10dpo

I'm still here! In the dreaded 2ww...I'm not sure how many dpo though - I had the smiley face last Weds, but don't know when that means I actually ovulated - if at all! If I take it as 24-48 hours from then, I guess I'm 5 or 6 dpo - too early to POAS yet, though I'm sorely tempted! Tooth,

I shall report back re the reflexology. Shes fully booked so doesnt look like I can get an appointment until 2nd week of June annoyingly.

Ooh Victoria, you mentioning boobs has reminded me that I couldn't get comfy in bed last night!! I sleep on my front and my boobs felt uncomfortable and were getting in the way.....symptom?!

Don't start that spinning! I'm NOT SYMPTOM SPOTTING THIS MONTH! Everything is just "hormones" this month and if one of them is hcg all the better
