Thanks Kurama! Did af bitch get you? Confused

victoria401 · 17/05/2014 21:40

Congrats tooth!

Sorry af got you kurama, you and me are the long runners in this game. Its our turn soon hunni it must be!
From when I think I ovd this cycle I am moving my bfp date to may 26/27. I think my body is behaving this month, makes a change from the last 3. That's one good thing at least. I guess none of that matters if dh's sperm results come back bad on Monday :-(

toothachereturns · 17/05/2014 21:48

Fingers crossed for you victoria. Good luck for your Dh too.
My Dh was going for follow up sperm test this month after his vasectomy reversal initial results last year showed high count, but very low morphology. He's happily cancelling that appointment. Smile

MissMrsMummy · 17/05/2014 23:32

Sounds positive victoria and fx for the test results. Your BFP date is close to mine (28th) We'll be alone on the bus at the end of the month with tumbleweed blowing around us!

kurama · 18/05/2014 00:26

Yet unfortunately dtd on we'd seems to have set her off. But on plus side dtd has started again today on cd4Wink nothing to do with it being our 2nd wedding anniversary so dtd regardless of what the bitch is doing Wink

ChaircatMiaow · 18/05/2014 00:38

Happy anniversary kurama!
Sorry the witch got you, but fx for next month x

RetroHippy · 18/05/2014 06:32

Morning.

It's faint, but it's still there. And I think it might be a little darker than yesterday. Will post a pic when it dries.

Still too scared to poaFRER but beginning to think that this might be happening.

This might be the last hangover I have for a long time!

ChandlersFarang · 18/05/2014 06:36

Congrats tooth!!Thanks Loving how lucky this bus has been!!

Kitty thanks for the stats!! I'm joyriding on the May bus now as my stats are:

ChandlersFarang, ttc#1, cycle#3, BFP due 2-12 June (cycles still settling down post-pill).

In Singapore for the weekend with DH, came over to see Disclosure DJing here. Got MONUMENTALLY drunk (wine and mojitos with pint chasers?! Wtf was I thinking!!) which at the moment is pretty out of character what with all this ttc-ing!! Although am on CD12 today and no sign of ov yet. Am predicting a 35 day cycle this time after the last two (98 days, 40 days) based on, well, a load of hearsay I've read online!! Ha ha. So I'm sure that skinful hasn't done me any harm.

I'm flying back to the UK next month for Glastonbury - if we're lucky this cycle then I'll be a few weeks preggo there!! Eek!! Shock That would be interesting...

ChandlersFarang · 18/05/2014 06:39

Morning Retro!! We haven't been formally introduced but lovely to see someone else awake when I am Grin Fx for your lines getting darker!! Am on my phone so can't see any pics. Do you feel preg?! Any different symptoms this month...? Exciting!

RetroHippy · 18/05/2014 06:44

yesterday's and todays

I'm starting to let myself symptom spot a little. Nothing much, my boobs feel huge but DH is also hungover and fast asleep so I can't ask him to check Wink

But totally normal otherwise reminds self AF isn't due yet and it might not stick

RetroHippy · 18/05/2014 06:48

Morning Chandlers. You lush! (Sounds fabulous) not sure I'd want to do Glastonbury sober... Though at least no one would bat an eyelid at any morning vomiting Grin

ChandlersFarang · 18/05/2014 07:00

Eep you must be a wee bit excited?! Sounding very promising!! How would it impact your job situ if you were now..?

Yeah that's true about Glasto - feeling rough and vomming constantly is what I'm usually doing there anyway!! Grin it would be so hard to hide it from anyone... Might have to keep getting drinks and making DH neck them on the sly. Then he could vom in sympathy with me!! He he!!

ChandlersFarang · 18/05/2014 07:01

By the way I can see faint lines!! Smile

RetroHippy · 18/05/2014 07:07

I had a false positive last cycle, and have had similar faint lines on ics before, though not nearly so consistent.

I'm trying really hard not to get excited just yet, last month I was gutted when AF arrived, we'd told our parents and everything. Learned our lesson there Hmm

Job-wise, I wouldn't go for the perm contract at my current school. It's one thing interviewing if you're ttc and don't know how long it will take, another if you know your pg already. There's a mat cover I've spotted that's only till Christmas, or I'd go back on supply for the autumn term. I'd be due beginning of Feb, so would probably finish at Christmas if I could.

kurama · 18/05/2014 07:29

I can def see lines retro fx for you xSmile

toots123 · 18/05/2014 07:29

Retro! Your ic looks like mine did! Two frers later and I knew. Do you have any frers? When is af due?

realised I didnt tell you all my info. (Not got much to tell tbh)
dtd cd21,23&25 (+opk cd24) I used cb digi opks which I loved!!

done a cb digi test this morning and got "pregnant 1-2" prettyhhappy :)

ChandlersFarang · 18/05/2014 07:29

Oooh really - wow. How disappointing that just have been!! Yes I can well understand your caution now then. Patience... Really is a virtue in this game isn't it!! So hard though!!

You sound like you have lots of options/flexibility work-wise then which is pretty perfect. As a supply teacher, I'm guessing you wouldn't have a contract that would guarantee you maternity leave..?

RetroHippy · 18/05/2014 07:42

At the moment I've not been in my job long enough to get occupational mat pay anyway. So whatever happens job-wise, I'll be on smp. Which is fine, we're in a pretty good position currently, and should be able to save a bit, but we'll be ok on DH's salary + mat pay + child benefit.

Yep, I was gutted, and fuming. But I'm now looking back and wondering if it was a chem preg that didn't stick. I had more symptoms than I do now, AF was a couple of days late and awful, so could well have been.

Toots, I have one FRER, I can't bring myself to use it! While I'm getting faint lines on an IC I can convince us elf it true. A bfn on an FREF would break me! Waiting for a few more days yet...

RetroHippy · 18/05/2014 07:43
  • myself. Not convincing elves of anything here.
KittyVonCatsington · 18/05/2014 08:59

Retro! Get yourself a FRER woman! There will be no doubt and you can start enjoying the feeling of being pregnant Grin

Love you are at the Digi stage toots - so happy for you! Also love the fact you are a late ovulator like me when my body can be arsed Gives me hope!

Sorry to see you both graduate though, you've been great to ride with since the beginning of the year. I've just got to catch up Blush

fancyacupoftea · 18/05/2014 09:34

Retro I'm warming a seat up for you on the PD a/n thread!

Kitty how you getting on? Where are you in your cycle now after your stupidly late af?

lindamagoo · 18/05/2014 09:39

Retro get that bloody FRER p'd on Smile your test is darker than mines was Smile

toots123 · 18/05/2014 09:48

Thanks kitty! So excited but nervous too!! Yes late ovulator so theres hope!!

We are waiting for you to join us, no rush though :)

RetroHippy · 18/05/2014 09:50

Got one and a Superdrug and Tescos in the cupboard.

If ic is darker tomorrow this evening I'll pee. Promise.

KittyVonCatsington · 18/05/2014 10:02

Hey fancy! On CD6 of what is the most normal AF I've had in two cycles Smile. Been having trouble temping but think I have the knack and got a reading of 36.58 this morning, so will be using this method. As it has been so long since last DTD and don't want to burn out too quickly, have been asking DH to work independently Wink

Next week, full steam ahead, Kitty style!!

How are you? Hope you aren't being overrun by SYMPTOMS. All booked in with a midwife?
