Hope I've interpreted your post right- but post sex, I used to prop a pillow under my hips and keep my knees up for around 10 mins. God knows if it had any benefit though- only have 1 ds (out of choice), so can't claim to have lots of evidence for it working!!

I don't actually think this is very important. Some semen (more than enough) will go through the cervix when he orgasms (particularly if you orgasm at the same time or shortly after). So the stuff that seeps out of you is just wastage.

It is not necessary to keep it in. The good sperm get through the cervix within a few minutes. The ones that don't are not good enough to fertilise an egg so you don't need them. Only a couple of percent of sperm get through the cervix, that's why there are so many millions of them. Anything more than lying down in bed for a few minutes is unlikely to make any difference. The semen that the sperm is delivered in will need to come out sooner or later anyway!
