Diagnosed with chemical pregnancy. Thoughts?

I've I been told be two different professionals that I've had a chemical pregnancy. ut my symptoms seem a bit different and I'm wondering what you ladies think

4dpo / cd29 i had blood streaked ewcm
8dpo / cd 30 night sweats started. Haven't had these for years.
11dpo / cd 33 pink grey mucus / breasts sore / sharp pain lower right tummy / no sweats
12dpo / cd 34 Brown discharge / no sweats / no sharp pain /no breasts tenderness
13dpo (day period due accorrding to last cycle) no sweats / no pain / no breasts tenderness / heavy Brown blood plus odd bit bright red
14dpo no sweats / no pain / medium flow
15dpo night sweats again / moody / spotting brown
16dpo night sweats / spotting / sharp pain again / breasts sore
17dpo as above
18dpo as above but sweats gone
19dpo (yesterday) sharp tummy pain increasing

This is so different to my usual cycle. Usually my period lasts 7 to 10 days, no sweats, no sharp pain and if breasts sore it's gone once my period goes.

I poas on 15dpo and got bfn. My GP thinks had I tested sooner I probably would have got a bfp. But I think i've read that chemical pregnancies happen around 5 weeks? I'm never got that far.

Thoughts?

My chemical pregnancy was nothing like you describe above and I had bfp's from 2 days before my period was due and a few days after - actually whilst I was still bleeding.
I had no sweats or boob tenderness. Just found out I was pregnant - started bleeding a day or so later. I am not sure without any bfp you can say for certain it was a chemical but it could be. you'll never really know. One thing after years of ttc is that actually symptom spotting makes you notice things you might not have noticed before.
If you are worried I would ask for other tests to check its nothing odd.

Thanks Andcake. I definitely know what you mean about imagining symptoms. But this sharp pain is unmistakable. I'm havingaan ultrasound on Tuesday to check on my ovaries. The GP did an internal exam and thinks everything is ok but wants to be sure.

I'm not sure how you can be diagnosed with a chemical pregnancy if you never had BFP Confused 4 and 5dpo seems early to be having pg symptoms. I wouldn't dwell on it too much.

Mine wasn't like this either. Got a very faint bfp couple of days before period due but it never got darker when I tested a few days later. I started bleeding about 5 days after period due. Lasted 8 days so slightly longer but was just as heavy et c. I got a very faint positive just after bleeding stopped.
The only way to tell if you didn't get a bfp would be bloods I suppose.

Hmm he never suggested blood work. Maybe I should have asked for it. Either way I realise I'm not pregnant, so what is this pain? Hope it's nothing bad. I was told ovarian cysts dont hurt but I'm not sure that's correct.. So what this is pain?

Could it be a cyst? I think an ultra sound is a great idea.
Hope it resolves

Very big long shot, I know, but is it possible I'm pregnant and that the hormone levels weren't high enough when I tested even my period had finished? The pain I mentioned has gone although I keep getting fleeting sharp pains both sides. I read that could be the uterus expanding..?

whoever told you that ovarian cysts don't hurt, lied to you.

I was diagnosed with ovarian cysts because I was in pain. Aching. Stabbing. You name it.

That's not to say you aren't pregnant, or that you have cyst, just fyi! :)
