I hear you, Treacle. Bought two months supply last cycle thinking a few extra means I might test twice a day if need be. Well, I'm down to just two sticks and didn't test twice a day yet. What a waste! Also, the flashing smileys spurred DH and I to keep DTD from CD8 in case. At CD 22, it has lost its novelty. Yep. That's 13 days in a row (one day was stage fright due to beer) The sheer determination for another BFP keeps us going (and hey, sex isn't that bad !!)

Periods - are they always the same for you?

I've always had heavy, dark red periods and the past few months theyve been lighter and pale pink/bright red. Just wondering why the change :s

Maybe it's diluted with all the leftover sperm that's stuck up there.

I had changed my diet quite a bit jan but have settled down since. Thats the only change. Oh and iron in my vitamins i spose.

I thought iron just gives you black poo! Maybe that's why everyone's constipated! I forget to drink and then I'm in trouble.

MrsE I used ic and they should up my bfp 4 days before AF was due! Then I found super drugs really good too.
And also I had cm - defo wet feeling after ov when I got my bfp-defo a symptom!!!!

My DH is also a science teacher and I just asked him if it's spunk mixed in and he seems to think so! Yuk, yuk!

I'm continuing with my hopefully miracle book and will let you know all the top tips! Currently doing the cod liver oil and both DH and I are on pregnecare.
The book mentions trying not to stress but really bad at that one, both my job and ttc are stressful things! Oh well deep breaths ( the book advises taking lots of these!)
